      Hired company Plumbing Mysteries and Solutions to fix drip in water line under bathroom/kitchen, replace drains under toilet bathroom sink and replace hot water line to bathroom sink on Dec 18, 23. Paid for service on Dec 19,23. This Plumber verified everything was done and in good condition except, it was written in contract that plumber would come back to finish cutting down drain pipe and placing flange for toilet to be put on, once customer called and reported tile was finished. I called and told him it was finished, but this has not been done and plumber will not respond. Dec 23, 23 main water line, that was repaired, broke. Tried contacting plumber numerous times to fix, with no response. My basement was flooded. I had to call another plumber to repair damage in two different places where Plumbing Mysteries and Solutions had placed Shark Bite fittings onto galvanized pipe (have pics from new plumber and notes) and it slipped off pipe causing flooding in my basement. Note: Shark Bite fittings are not warranted for galvanized pipes. Plumbing Mysteries and Solutions contacted me 5 days later, reporting that their phone service was messed up and that this is why they couldn’t respond. I asked for reimbursement for having to hire another plumber,. Note that their website reports a 1 yr warranty and they did not respond to fix it. Plumbing Mysteries and Solutions responded that their work is only warranted if they repair it and would do nothing because they do not feel responsible for this situation. Also they said that it was my choice to fix it, but that I could have waited until he/they responded to me and he/they would have then fixed it for free. That was their admission that those breaks were due to their error. Plumbing Mysteries and Solutions has still not completed work in contract and will not contact me to finish repairs already paid for.

      My company had every intentions to finish toilet, per customer getting tile work done, customer demanded money back on job for that she called another company while my office was shut down for holidays, I refused to pay for reasons she chose not to wait till I was back to work to perform my services, she then threatened with a lawyer at that time I responded with she either chooses the lawyer option and or let me finish work on toilet and drop the repayment for work another company did, I do not feel responsible for anything repayment of any money. For that she was charged for my time to do a job and that is what she payed me for , but once threats where made for suing the company all commutation stopped

      You think you want money from me you paid to another company when I did. Not have adequate time to get to issue due to holiday, plumbers do not show up when You want them to when your being impatient, you either wait for your plumber or you bite the bullet and pay another company cause you chose to not wait, you paid someone else to fix a problem you didn't even get charged for in the first place , you can argue till your blue in your face but your actions to pay someone else so your choice not to wait , your choice to not get free service , your choice to be impatient, you will not receive money back from me in regards to something you did not pay for in first place , like I said before get a lawyer, pay the lawyer like you said in your messages to me , that is why communication stopped, have a nice life hope you find peace with in your heart for wanting things done for free and thinking other people should pay for your actions and choices you made.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is still not a resolution to the problem. What this company is reporting that I did not pay for is a lie. When I hired company, I originally hired them to fix a leak underneath my bathroom that needed repaired before I could complete the floor. I was talked into doing other things that needed addressed, but the leak under my bathroom was the main issue and that leak is the same line that was repaired with a faulty fitting. Unbeknownst to me of the faulty fitting, I paid for that repair. This fitting later caused the line break that flooded my basement. Of which, I repeat, I was not responded to until 5 days after the fact. If I waited for this company to get back to me, I could have been waiting for who knows how long with no water and no repair. Therefore, the cost of that repair does indeed fall back on the company that originally repaired it.
