      They was trying to seal the windshield and broke it and had to replace it. Well when whoever they had come to replace it damaged the interior parts of both side of the windshield plastic parts. Has cut marks in it. Have spoke to them on several occasions and still no resolve.

      Customer came in on 4/18/24 and spoke to the 3rd party installers that put the windshield in and worked out issues customer had.

      On Jan 15 2023 I brought my **** *** in to have the passenger side door lock actuator repaired it was not letting the door latch closed when it was extremely cold outside this repair was covered under an extension of warranty by **** ***** ** so they did the repair to the door however and without my knowledge or consent the technician also worked on the driver side door a door that I had no issues with until I got it back from valor **** now the driver side door doesn't work properly it won't unlock at times the lock rod will close locked on its own and sometimes when you unlock the lock it only unlocks halfway and the door won't open I have been back 3 times 3 times they tell me it's fixed and it is not repaired and now I just get the run around on why they can't repair something that worked fine until they worked on it there are times when you unlock the door with the key that as soon as you remove the key the door falls back to locked this is very annoying since they did not have consent to work on the driver side door now I want these people to correct this repair and make the truck work the way it did before they messed it up they were suppose to make factory quality repairs and all they did was take silicone sealant and smear it around the lock actuator now I want it repaired right otherwise I hire an attorney and take these ****** to court

      Vehicle came in with door freeze concern and we verified and did recall for customer. Customer brought back and was having issues with door locks. We adjusted door lock caps and had customer check vehicle. Customer signed off that they were operating as intended. Vehicle came back again. We ran for codes and check wiring and pds. Nothing came back reassembled and are working as intended. We informed customer that if it started happening again we would have to do another actuator under a different recall for vehicle. If problem is still persisting we need to set appointment to fix the vehicle. Have tried reaching out to customer to set appointment and have not heard back.

      The vehicle did not come to there shop on a recall I bought it in on my own and showed the desk attendant a letter from **** stating that they had extended the factory coverage on these locks and that the repair was covered and either way that does not give them the right to work on a door that they were not authorized to work on as far as I know **** has never put out a recall on this truck not since I have owned it now to make it clear the driver side door worked fine no issues with it until these people worked on it it was an unauthorized repair they caused damage to the vehicle and they are going to repair it at there cost or we go to court I'm not missing with these ******* and no one has tired to get a hold of me to make and appointment trust me I'm preparing a complaint to the states attorney and from there I will have a complaint filed in district court if they try to contact me they need to have there company name appear on the call otherwise the call is not accepted unless it's a known number

      When my wife and I bought our 2021 *********** from said dealership they reassured us nothing was wrong with the car. So far since having the car electrical issues have been going on. The seat for one they said they fixed two times before and it is yet to be fixed turns out it's an electrical issue under the seat. Another is the back tow hitch. We hooked up a trailer to pull stuff home from visiting family and that's when we learned that the whole electrical back there didn't work. We looked into the issue more turns out the wrapped the cords up and then let some drag. We are tired of trying to have the car fixed just for us to be told it's fixed when it's not. We would rather not deal with a car that's a safety issue ***************************************.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2023/01/28) */ Vehicle was inspected on 7/19/22 and no issues were found at that time. The vehicle at that time had 18600 miles on it and would still be under factory bumper to bumper warranty and any issues would best be resolved at a *** dealer that can perform warranty work. Also this vehicle has never been back to our facility to look at or work on since it was sold. I have reached out to the customer to try and assist in helping to get vehicle to a *** dealer to get work done. Have not heard back from customer yet.

      I've taken my vehicle here since I got it and have had less past experiences with their service department. But the real complaint is that I've been complaining about a flapping noise since I've owned the vehicle been told it was everything from my tv screens to my imagination. After complaining they finally determined it was the roof rack they replaced it in June. Well more issues with the noise and water coming into the vehicle according to them it was a clogged drain still didn't provide a resolution they finally replaced the roof rack for a second time in December. Still hearing the noise and this October water started again coming into my vehicle. They say it the window sill I take it in to be replace the window person says the sill is fine. So low and behold they say it's the roof rack again after being replaced twice by them. The difference is this time there's no warranty to cover their mistake and I'm responsible for paying for it. This roof rack has been replaced twice by Valor and still has the same issue it's obvious their mechanics and service department are *********** after dealing with them for almost two years. They can't install a roof rack properly and now I've got to pay out of pocket for their poor performance. Whatever you do stay away from this service department they will make up what's wrong and when they finally fix the issue or say they have and wasted days and days off your time you will have the same issues.

      My mom took her 05 ***************** to get fixed 2 weeks ago. And a week later the car won't start. They put in a new battery and the fuse box fried the new battery. Their technicians do not know how to fix cars and rip you off on purpose. 9/19/22 the date she took it in. She would at least like to have her money refunded for the battery since it ruined it. I am filing this complaint on her behalf with her permission.
