Made and appointment for tattoo got called needed change appointment last min they knew I was from out state how long I was there for they change my artist 3 times. I could not make appointment they wanted to set due fact out state them they tell me the shop manger and the owner they are sorry they will make thing right return my deposit after I got told they gave my money to arist .. I got asked for link to send payment to I had *** *** took them week to tell me they don't use *** *** I need to use venmo or cash app I didn't have neither those I made an account set it up sent my information to shop and to the owner who is out state ...they now blocked my request for payment 100$ deposit I gotten told every week for over a month it will be tomorrow it will be this day call back this day we waiting on paperwork we are waiting for owner to Authorize it we will refund your deposit the shop waiting on owner who flew in this weekend to ks who also from shop manager don't answer his text or call....I've called every week have text from shop and owner the owner don't return my calls just text say can't talk right now the shop still tells me they working on it and they will refund my deposit it been over month and nothing ..I do have call logs text messages from owner and the shopBusiness response

All of our deposits are nonrefundable all of our clients and new customers sign a contract that states all deposits are nonrefundable Our business has drawn up both of the customers artwork and their deposit paid for the Artist times. We do have a legal contract with their signature, and I would appreciate the non-harassment. This person has been a problem and has been. Where Legal actionBusiness response

We are aware of this complaint and it has been at our top priority to settle this diligently. Your complaint seems to be asking for a 100 dollar refund and we would like to refund you. How would you like us to refund you?Customer response
