      I ordered 4 items from Crumble Candle Co on May 12, 2022. The total was $23.05 that I paid using *****l. It’s almost a month later, still haven’t received any kind of information about where the package could be. I’ve written two emails asking about my order and just requesting a refund because of the lack of communication on their part. I have yet to receive a response to these emails. My order number is ******. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      I placed an order on August 22nd and it has not been given to the carrier (***) as of today (September 23rd). I contacted *** on September 7th to see where my package was located as I had not received an update in quite some time. The same day I was informed that my package had not been handed over to *** and I should contact Crumble. I then emailed Crumble on September 10th and I was told on September 14th that my package was released from customs and I should get my package soon. My package has not been released from customs, the customs status has been updated. That's entirely different. I then responded the same day saying that could not be possible as *** is saying they have not received the package and I got no response. I then emailed again on September 20th asking for a full refund and to not send out my package and I still have received no response. They estimate 1-3 business days for responses and I've given them that long. I would like a full refund of $47.50 USD.

      I did hear back from Crumble on September 29th; 9 days after my third message to them and 5 days after the complaint was sent to them. They did refund me, however with USD to CAD I lost about $4 CAD. They also gave me a $35 gift card but I will not be using it as I will never do business with them again.

      I have strong suspicion that they only contacted me after seeing I made a BBB complaint in hopes that this my complaint may not be posted. They are still claiming that they gave my package to the shipping company but the shipping company has no record of my package being given to them. I am still extremely upset and would like my complaint to be posted on the website regardless. If you need any other information please let me know.
