      Horrible customer service I placed an online order on 4/22 for 1 in stock item and have contacted them 4 times since and got a different story every time. This will be the last CZ product I ever buy.

      I bought the CZ Redhead Premier Target 12 guage O/U 1 year ago. The gun started shooting both barrells and causing enough recoil to knock me back and into my cheek. After 5 incidents I put in a warranty claim to CZ. They send a label, rma and code. They said the turn around would be about 4 to 6 weeks. Today was the end of 6 weeks and had heard nothing from them, even though the tracking number shows they received the gun. I called customer service and they said it hadn't even been looked at, much less repaired, and gave no estimate of when I should expect to get the gun back. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company, and would recommend not purchasing anything from them. I guess it is like throwing $2000.00 in the trash.

      Message : This is now my 4th email with no response from CZ. I placed and order May 7 and it still has not shipped. I called yesterday and was apologized too. I was told a label was created on the 15th but hasn't been shipped. I was told yesterday it would overnight for delivery today. Delivery is now scheduled for Saturday. That's not an overnight. CZ takes the customers money but provide no service. Today is my sons graduation and this was to finish a build for him. Now I will not have a present for him. This is not acceptable.

      I PURCHASED A CZ RAMI 9 MM S/N PURCHASED 11/5/2020 REC.11\20\2020. AFTER SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE RANGE THE GUN STARTED STOVE PIPING AND NOT CLEAR THE CHAMBER.I TRIED DIFFERENT AMMO AND DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM SO I CALLED CZ AND THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY.THEY RECEIVED IT 12/20/2023. ON 02/26/2024 I RECEIVED A E-MAIL INFORMING ME THAT THE FIREARM WAS WEARING IMPROPERLY BETWEEN THE SLIDE AND BARREL AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. BRYCE MINTIE FROM CZ TECH SUPPORT OFFERED TO REPLACE THE FIREARM WITH A CZ P-01 9 MM [ RAMI 9 MM IS DISCONTINUED ] OR REFUND OF FULL AMOUNT 620.72 DOLLARS, I TOLD CZ THAT I WANTED A REFUND , THIS REQUEST WAS SENT ON OR ABOUT 02/26/2024.I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY SAY IT'S A COMPUTER ISSUE , I NEED THIS RESOLVED.       I have bought several cz guns and really liked them but the last one I bought was a cz 600 range wich they recalled and that's ok because everyone makes mistakes but when I filled out a claim to get a refund it has been an ongoing process to get a box sent to me so I can send it back in and get my money back, I filled the claim out almost 4 months ago and the closest I've come was a supervisor saying sorry and that he would send it right away and it's been around a month since that happened so still waiting to get almost 1200 back from a product that I am not supposed to use! It really is disappointing

      I had to write a review to warn people to stay away from CZ-USA. I had one of, if not the worst customer service experiences. A horrible company who does not care about its customers at all, their Quality Control has taken a nose dive since being bought by Colt and if you have a problem with your gun you are on your own. Do not waste your money I bought a new CZ P-07 in early 2023 and had issues with the P-07 from the start, even after the 500 round "break in", clearly QC issues. Sent the P-07 in for a repairs, after 2 months I got the gun back and it had more issues then when I sent it in. After calling their customer service and getting someone who sounded like they where playing a game on their phone, I called again and got someone who half cared and told me to send it back again and their "top" gunsmith would look at it and it would be moved to the front of the line and be returned to me within a month. Well once again nearly 2 months go by, and I had to keep calling them to try and get my gun fixed. Finally got the gun back after being looked at by the "top" gunsmith and they said it was "dirty" even though that would not explain the issues I was having. And shocker the gun still wasn't working with all the same issues. Called multiple more times trying to get a supervisor, after multiple emails and voicemails finally got him and he was the worst person I talked to at CZ, blaming me for the guns issues and not willing to do anything to help me. I had to call back and get what I am guessing was an assistant manager who was the only helpful and nice person I talked to through this whole nearly year long drama, He told me the only thing he could do at this point was send me a refund for the gun, which I took. But of course they messed that up, putting my gun in the normal pile of repairs, so I had to call them back a month later when I heard nothing. And just to add insult to injury the spelled my damn name wrong on the refund check.

      If I could give CZ USA, zero, stars I would. Their customer service should be renamed as Customer non-service. My new CZ shadow two orange case got burned up in a fire. I offered to buy a case and their customer non-service said oh no problem will send you out one no charge. Three weeks later and three customer non-service, reps finally said we cant help you. You pay this kind of money for a firearm you would expect better customer service.

      I received a email saying back in stock so I ordered it right away just to be told that the FIXATION INSERT EVO SEMI AUTO were no longer available even though I placed a order in 1 min after receiving the email, I guess their giving it to their favorite people and never told me that it was in back order so I said I'm fine and give me my refund, I'm not going to wait so its in stock again just so they can tell me the same BS story
