On 12/6/21 I took by Cub Cadet riding mower to Jerry's Outdoor Equipment as it would not start and also wanted blades sharpened, oil changed, (told them not to change fuel filter as I had just changed it - they put new one on anyway). They called in a couple of days and said it was ready. I went the next day and paid the $305.96 bill (very expensive considering the minor things that were completed. They drove the mower to my trailer while I paid. They had shut the mower off when they got to my trailer. The mower would not start. They took a fork lift and took it back to the shop & said they would call when ready. They called the next day and said it was ready. Round trip this is a 52 mile drive. It was not my fault I had to drive an extra 52 miles to get my mower. I asked them to deliver it to my house and they said they would charge to bring it to my house. I drove to the business and they put the mower on my trailer. I went inside to discuss my dissatisfaction of having to make an extra trip considering it was not my fault they didn't get it fixed the first time. I spoke with ******* son who was polite but not going to take anything off the price for my extra trip. All of a sudden ***** (who had been sitting behind the counter) yelled "you want some money - here's a dollar"! I turned around to talk to his son when in an absolute rage ***** came from behind the counter and screamed "Get off my property and never come back"! ***** is a very large man (more than twice my size) and totally out of control. I walked out of the door to go to my truck and I hear Jerry's son yell "Dad let him go he is leaving - Dad let him go - dad stop he is leaving let him go". At this point I believed I was about to be hit from behind. I made it to my truck with him still screaming. When I got home the mower wouldn't and still won't start. ***** has $305 of my money and I still have a mower that won't start!
