I ordered flowers on April 20th, the bright floral mix bush and pink mom heart floral stake. I was informed that shipping would be delayed since they were out of stock on some of the items. I was okay with this since I was going to be out of town anyways. I then received another stock email stating that they were still delayed and would be shipping out on Wednesday, April 26th. After receiving an email Wednesday that they were shipped, I received another email stating that they were out of the pink mom heart floral stake and had replaced it with a heart stake. I was okay with this as they also provided a refund for the mom heart stake. Upon receiving the flowers, they are totally unacceptable. The bright floral mix bush looks nothing like the photo on the web page. The flowers are smooshed and falling apart. I am ashamed to put this on any grave. They look like cheap, store bought, plastic flowers. Not what was advertised on the website at all. The website states that the flowers are premium silk and custom arranged by hand. The flowers are defiantly not premium, and they aren't hand arranged as this was one piece with half of the flowers falling apart. They are totally unacceptable and I would like a full refund.
