This place is a joke. Took my vehicle in for work and left with more problems than when I took it in. Took it back and they basically told me to kick rocks because my vehicle is older and will have problems. Don't get me wrong I've been in automotive for 15 years and know hown things work,I used to work for this place and regret nearly every moment since Oakes bought it out. I took my car in to have the wiper blades fixed for not coming on at all, the heat not working and the ignition went out. Ignition was replaces while breaking my steering column covers to the point they won't go back on (fine whatever it's old plastic I understand that, didn't say anything). To fix the heat they had to replace my head unit, got a new unit and heat works, the controls for what vents are used are wrong and the floor vents don't work at all(something else I didn't mention, I'm not picky I just wanted to be able to defrost my windshield and get some heat). As for the wiper blades it needed a new wiper motor when they replaced that they didn't align my wiper arms correctly and they now come down way to far in the plastic cowl causing my drivers wiper to fall off while driving on the highway in a storm and ruin them from hitting plastic. I did in fact take it back in for that the next time I drove the car after getting it back, they told me the nut is stripped and made no effort to fix it when they were the ones who stripped it.. I have hundreds of stories on what they have done to multiple of the collision center customers vehicles, but who has time for that. The collision center is where I worked, the building is falling apart FULL of mold and cockroaches nasty disgusting place. Management wants to do nothing to fix anything other than fire the people who speak up. Just don't do it!
