    Trouble with card reader, cashier warned me of a chance double charges, and when it happened owner refused to refund and told me to file a dispute with my credit card company. After another trip into the store with my credit card statement showing the double charge I was told by employees there was nothing they could do, the owner would tell me to dispute, and this "has been going on for quite a while ever since the new card readers were installed". Shop at your own risk! Terrible customer service!

    The card was not readable so she had to use another card. Once the transaction is complete and if it shows zero dollar on the screen that means the card went thru.
    but in this case the transaction did NOT go thru the first time on her card. she had to use another card type ******** which went thru and thats when the 0.00 dollar showed up and it means the card went thru.
    there is no way the customer was charged twice. we have the receipt which says was charged on the ******** card. I have all the transaction history.
    The customer was advised to check with her other credit card provider and can dispute the charge on the other card.

    If there is "no way the customer was charged twice" why do I have the same charge on the same day/time on both of my cards AND why are you suggesting I need to file a dispute!?! Why would your employees, both at the time of my purchase and when I returned with my receipt and card statements, have warned me of double charges!?! My original card was readable at other retailers both before and after my visit to Mass Beverage so I clearly believe this is an issue with your card reader. The fact that this has happened to others, and the employees are aware of it, and you have not attempted a resolution shows me you are providing poor customer service *****************************************************. Again, shop at your own risk!

    if you want to bring in all the receipts and your credit card statement for both your credit card charges where it shows you were charged twice and you do not see any credit for the same amount on your credit card statement. Also a
    meeting was held with the employees and they were not shown the receipt or the credit card statement.
    we are in business for 27 years and have never had that issue.

    i can meet with you anytime Monday thru Friday 9 am to 1 pm .
