      Purchase a used Chevy Cruze middle of May for my daughter. Check engine light is already on. Took it to a local parts store to have the code read. Comes up with all kinds of codes. Called and of course the warranty purchased they know won't cover what might be wrong with it. Wouldn't even offer to look at it. Was told we have to take ownership of the car and even if it was under 30days it wouldn't be covered. Great so I purchased a car that I was assured went through their inspection. Mileage reading is about 25,000 miles higher than what is showing on the odometer. That will be the next thing, I will be checking into. Pretty sure it's illegal to turn back an odometer. They are very push at selling you and I agree they are shady about trade ins. Shady dealership all the way around. Stay away from, they are a rip you off car lot. Can't wait to see how much it cost to fix it. Sad you can't even buy a used car and drive it for a month before any issues. Would have been nice to have made a payment before any issues or repairs. I should have done better research before going to this dealership. Hoping to help others avoid being scammed by this car lot.

      Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in March of 2024, and traded in our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Agree to $2,000 down payment, which we put on my husbands credit card. The warranty paperwork for the jeep was cancelled, and the finance guy told it would be 4-6 weeks before we would see the refund come back to us. He told us it would be mailed directly to the financial institution where the lien had been held at. Waited 6 weeks, no check. Contacted the dealership only to be told that they kept the warranty refund because it was being used as down payment on the truck. We never agreed to this, and this was not on what we had originally signed, or discussed. We were never provided paperwork when we purchased the truck, only told it would be available to us on a flash drive which we never got. This finance guy is no longer working there ironically enough, so there's no way to even know what he did without our knowledge. This dealership is purposely deceptive in it's practices and is not doing Kansas Consumers any favors. Avoid purchasing a vehicle through them.

      I purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Plus from Dale W***** Honda in September of 2023. It was a great experience. I initially called to see if the car was still on the lot and spoke with Monte. I told him I was coming from one hour away. I scheduled a time to test drive the car and it all went smooth. My sales person was Libby. She was very kind and professional. I went on a lengthy test drive, and Libby showed me how to connect the electrical charger to the car. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and my experience with Dale W***** Honda was top notch. I'm enjoying the car and am happy with my purchase.

      Absolutely terrible service, and on top of that not willing to make their mistake right. I took my GMC Acadia in for service in their service department. My main concern was my a/c was not working. The woman who took my keys told me that they would most likely run free0on and a dye through the system to figure out the a/c issue. They ended up keeping it overnight even though they assured me they could look at it on the day I dropped it off in the morning. The following day when I picked it up they had NOT even done the proper diagnostic test for a/c issues; did not run dye/freeon through the car and proceeded to ask me to completely replace an evaporator core for $1600+. Of course, the fact they came to this diagnosis WITHOUT running any sort of complete diagnostic test for a/c issues of course had me stop and take my car so I could get a second opinion. The other auto service place I took it to did run the dye and assured me no dye/recharge had even been done on the car, found the issue, the slight a/c leak, and had it fixed within a couple hours. They even kept it to double check there weren't any other leaks and said there's absolutely nothing wrong with the evaporator core. Of course I had to pay for my car to be able to take it from Dale willey, and once I had proof they did not do a complete diagnostic test and were just taking advantage of me and hoping I would replace something extremely expensive that takes many hours of labor for them, I called to ask for a refund on the diagnostics they claim they performed. They refused to make it right through giving me the deserved refund of a very poor service experience and straight up lying to me about what was wrong with my car, clearly just hoping to make a lot of money off of me. I do not recommend this place for service; it was the first time I'd taken it back to a dealership for service work and they further solidified how untrustworthy these places are for service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

      Don't go here to buy a new vehicle. They will rip you off on your trade in vehicle. Then they won't answer the phone when you have a issue or call you back. They deceived me on the value of my trade ins.
