I lived in *********************** from 12/31/23 to 7/24/23. I was blessedat the time to have found a place to move. I moved in 12/31/23 and theapartment was not ready. I couldn't hang my clothes due to the faxt that all the metal pieces were in the corner of the closet nothung. Then the toilet in the main bathroom had to plunge from the start. There was a red stain in the corner of the room in the masterbedroom. Come to find out that I had to plunge the stool everyday in order for it not to overflowThe window in the front room water came gushing in. So we figured out anytime it rained hard water was coming in.Thecloset door was not hung in the second bedroom. The windows had no screens. The second bathroom the flusher rusted off. The kitchen lights flickered or chose when they were coming on. The stove I had the use of one burner, and bought the burner pans that go under the burners, because none was there. The dishwasher caught on fire and no one ever came to check on it. I always paid my rent, even the late fees. I startedthere with 2 part time jobs and switchedup on May 1st, 2023 to a full time job in order to be able to pay the rent. My checks were not in sync do to the job changes and they wouldn't work with me. There was mold under the kitchen cabinet and around the window that had the leak. Yes I do have pictures and also sent those to management via email. You get a 3 day notice, court, and you at put out. I lived in below standards and all I kept getting is we are back up till October, and it could be longer. I hope this helps someone to make a better choice than I did and be somewhere you an your family can thrive. Yes I do have pictures that were also emailed to management.
