Account *****. A visit on 6/8/2022 was billed to the wrong insurance by PAKC. The correct insurance was billed by PAKC on or prior to 3/22/23 and processed by insurance on 3/22/23, but was never applied to the account. I alerted PAKC of the discrepancy several times by phone and mail, including via mail on 8/4/23, 10/15/23, and 3/9/24. None of my attempts to contact via mail have been acknowledged. I have kept this account current except for the unapplied insurance adjustment from the 6/8/22 visit.Business response

***** is not the patient and the patient is over 18. This is a generic response. Adjustment was applied for the June 2022 once we received the response. We had to file and appeal and go to a 2nd level hearing. The adjustment of 71.12 was applied and the credit of 72.00 was applied to the 81.45 balance. There is a remaining balance of 9.45Customer response

****** *** ****** of PAKC charged me for a whole 2 sessions after I told him he mis-diagnosed me and that I would be seeking services somewhere else. He read the message and, Then charged me for session we never had.Business response
