      After 2019 kenworth trucks are worthless. They have cheapen out on the material they used to use. I bought a 2023 t680 brand new and regret it. Once the truck is finance, they don't care about your issues. Any manufacturer defects, they won't try to fix it until your warranty has expired. The airbag front axle suspension is useless. The truck will never aligned. The aluminum they use for the bunk floor is cheap and thin. The floor squeaks Kenworth is ripping people off. You can't get in contact with anyone above the dealership. Corporate guys hide from you like cowards. If you're going to buy a truck. Stay far away from kenworth. You will regret it. I'm stuck with a truck I'm not happy with. No one will help you. You have been warned. Stay away from South Florida service shops. Their mechanics use to stack shelves at Walmart. Good luck.

Not sure where you purchased your truck, but if you get to North Georgia or North Carolina, MHC Kenworth has dealerships that can try to help you.       They are a company full of tiff people i was dealing whit a sales guy in little Rock ar and after 1 hour we find tha the truck i want don't have the requirements for the company i lease... so they take my 2500 deposit and never returned

      MHC Dallas South in January 2024 looked at truck.Told salesman about the issues with truck.He assured me the truck was checked.I called him and asked about a warranty since the truck had issues. His exact words " you wont need a warranty it's a good truck".Was suppose to receive the truck on 01/30/24.Was put off until 02/14/24.The dealer had the truck DOT inspected i assumed all was good.Day 1, noticed odor coming from trans and the AC was out.Turns out it wasn't checked because he didn't know the AC was out. A day later took it to an offsite shop. Truck was ready on 02/20/24. on 02/21/24 noticed the front drive shaft was throwing oil on the frame and the back of cab. Drive shaft seals were out,the oil pan was leaking oil and the trans has leaks.I called salesman back and told him that there was no way this truck was checked and didnt know how it passed a DOT inspection. 01/26 went to start truck and it wouldn't start. Called salesman and emailed sales manager about the issue. With no response.On 02/04/24 had road mechanic no success, on 02/11/24 had another mechanic come out with no success due to transmission issues .On 02/15/24 had truck towed to a shop. Got an answer on issues,it was transmission and electrical issue Got truck out shop 02/22/24 moved first load on 02/25/24. Went 5 weeks with out making money but yet spending $5,000 dollars on repairs and $16000 dollars in lost revenue before pulling 1 load with the truck.I was deceived by the salesman about the truck and on the edge of going out of business.It has caused me financial damage. And deceptive practice is illegal in Texas.This review serves as notice I will be filing a suit in 60 days per advised by attorney. I recorded all phone calls and interactions with salesman and have recored evidence of him saying the truck wouldn't have any problems not need a warranty. I also have text an email.MHC Dallas South does bad business.This review was made by Violee Trucking. Last six of VIN purchase is JF0407.

      I was in the process to buy a truck paid for the DINO work to check out truck Performance, it was good, going to put down payment and know Waymon The sales person says (know he has the DINO Numbers) he can not take our deposit, blaming the manager Brice "the truck has been here to long it is policy we have to sell it Whole sale" After we paid for the DINO and working on this Buy for 2 week getting the truck over to the DINO. This is wrong. Make someone pay for a test you get the results and know no we can not sell it. I did call Brice left a message.

      I have several complaints about the MHC Kenworth dealer out of Kansas City, Missouri!! I bought this truck back on June 21, 2023. Not knowing that this truck would have so many problems. I live in Texas and I from Kansas City thinking that I would have a good choice out of this dealership, but that was a mistake!! When I arrive to test drive this truck I was purchasing it had some front in problems. Which I waited for over a week for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the truck besides it needed a front steer tire. I got so frustrated with the shop manger and my salesman and the sales manger I told them I could not keep waiting on this truck!! When I live in another state its not right for them to hold me up when the financing was already in processing. I was so upset I left after over a week waiting and spending money on rental car and living expenses. I did not drive this truck out of Kansas City 30 miles I called my salesman and told him that the truck was pulling so bad I could not keep it on the road. He recommend that I needed to drive it so that the one steer tire smooth it self out. Which I never heard of replacing one steer tire on a truck! I have heard of replacing both steer tires which makes more sense. Which when I arrived in Texas I immediately went to a tire shop come to find out that this truck had several problems. 1st problem the tire they did not replace had A broken belt. 2nd kingpins were bad, 3rd front wheel bearing was loose and leaking. 4TH had bad cap tires that where over out dated on the drives. I reach out to my salesman and the sales manger and they recommend I take the truck to MHC South Dallas .Which I did not get nothing fix for everything. So I spent over $10,000 DOLLARS trying to get it right. SO now up to today 11-29-23 THE PACCAR JUNK MOTOR is blown and I am stranded in Spingdale, ARK. And they dealer now is telling me now that the motor is back ordered! I Believe they sold me a LEMON and I WAS LOOSE MY BUSINESS****

      I came across MHC website and looked at a Greensboro, NC location A couple days later a sales representative reached out to me from their Kansas City, Missouri office and sent me info on a couple of used trucks and went over with me that MHC does an extensive check on trucks before purchasing and reselling trucks. So I find a truck that I feel is in my price range and I’m sure it’s going to be up to par. So I purchased truck site unseen which I was told happened all the time no big deal. So I purchased truck on 8/23 and go to pick it up from Greensboro, NC and when I get their this is not the truck photos or mileage that was in the photo I was sent but the VIN# is correct so ok no biggie this can happen so then the tires are so worn I’m not able to drive away so I waited to get 8 tires swapped out and low and behold I get 8 dry rotten recaps not to mention that I have now to replace 8 tires at one time so I drive truck around 137 miles home and as I’m around 20 miles from home the check engine light and DEF light suggests to do a manual region which tried and was unsuccessful I reach out to SD let them know that I have these issues to local repair shop and get codes check and call them back and let them know what’s happening with truck so day one of picking up truck I’m already throwing like 3 different codes and the stop engine light is now on same day of picking up truck it’s hard to believe that MHC puts these trucks through a 150 inspection and none of these codes come up is just a scam!!! So I replaced sensor and two days later engine light back on a different sensor this time replace it. After 2 months of driving now I take it back to MHC and need NOX sensor, Turbo actuator, fuel rail sensor and they tell me none of these could have possibly been wrong when I purchased the truck and I have a $9,100 service bill and a truck for 60 days it’s hard to believe that this would happen in 60 days so I feel like there 150 point inspection is a SCAM!!!
