      I have not gotten a refund after the company made an error in the shipping address. As they acknowledged below, they have successfully sent me packages to this address before, so there was no error on my part. They refused to refund the money until the package was returned to them by the postal service but this has been drawn out for months now.       Hello,

       

      We have been in contact with the customer regarding his purchase. The address that he provided when the purchase was submitted online matches what we have on file but the package is/was being returned due to "incomplete address". This was scanned as such through the US Postal Service. We have no control over how or why packages are being returned. The customer stated that the address was correct and we have not yet received the purchase back from the carrier. I have contacted the carrier on multiple occasions without results. The same response was given to me repeatedly "the package is being returned due to "incomplete address"". I have informed the customer that we will gladly reship to the alternate address he provided or a refund upon receipt back to our facility.
