I inquired **** Truck Driving School (**** * **** *** ****** ***** ** *****) through an ad on social media. I received guidance while getting set up to get started at the school. Upon arriving to the school I encountered a lot of unsafe and unstructured practices at the school. I spoke to ****** in administration and she instructed me to send an email stating the unsatisfactory and unsafe conduct of the school, and I did. An employee of **** told me that if I talked too much on the radio in the future that someone would find me and make my life hard on the road. He also told me that if I couldn't get the truck driving down we could part ways, instead of trying to accommodate my concerns. When I spoke on a concern about the schools conduct they dismissed me from the program. I was hours away from home and away from my family not receiving the education I was promised over the phone. When **** dismissed me I was told I breached a contract with no explanation of the breach. I have been reaching out to **** about a refund for the loan I acquired to attend the school. **** has not given me any response. I was not allowed to finish the class and did not receive all of the training I needed to be safe on the road.Business response

The student has continuously harassed **** ******* ****** instructors and management. The student was terminated for safety concerns as a result of her actions on the driving range. The student was not charged for her attendance as was notified of this multiple times. The student currently owes a non-refundable fee of $99.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Defamation of character, deception. I have provided evidence that I never received communication from **** after being wrongfully dismissed from the school. I have also provided proof that addressing my concerns for my education and safety was accepted by Connie, therefore the term harassment is deceptive. Inquiring where the $99 non refundable fee was discussed prior to being dismissed from the school? To my knowledge this alleged fee came up after my contact to BBB.
