      Company documents do not display same dates that documents were asked to be signed. The certificate of completion has a different date as well! Company did not mitigate the smoke damages in home, but skipped proper steps. Company is requesting full payment, but company left our home in shambles and an extensive amount of work is needing to be redone due to faulty work. Company did not keep their side of the contract and is in breech of contract. Company has been withdrawn from state of ks since 7/2022. Company is registered in Missouri as an llc since 12/17/2021, but the contract they said we signed is for Inc. company charged for work that wasn’t even done in the home and poor quality workmanship and cheap materials. Company offered settlements, but are far less than what damages are. Company put mechanical lien on the property. Dates for stopping work are not accurate! Invoices show different amounts.

      Although we acknowledge there is an issue, unfortunately, we have been unable to resolve it with the customer, and are being forced to proceed with legal action in an attempt to resolve to satisfy all parties.

      The company did repairs and remodel of 2 full bathrooms. There was water damage in both bathrooms. The hallway bathroom had water damage that had eaten through the underlayment and subfloor and there was a hole in the 3/4 inch subfloor. Repairs for this was included in the estimate and was paid for. I noticed that the hole was not repaired and mentioned it to the workers. They said it's too late to repair now. I told Ernie Martinez, he asked "did they treat it?". I sent an email to them on 2/12/22 regarding this and it was not answered. I also now have mold building up in the wall and molding around the floor. I called them today, 5/25/22 and they said ***** ******** was out of town for another week and would get back to me. Also, after the work was completed there were seals left out of the overflow in both bathrooms and no calking done in either bathroom. I asked one of the workers to do the calking, but he only did very little. These items resulted in leaks and 3 separate necessary repairs to the ceiling on the main floor due to water damage. Ernie Martinez tried to blame it on faulty roof and it was difficult to get him to admit the errors on the part of his company. I would like for the company to do the complete repairs.
