      BBB unable to locate business
On Thursday, May 9, 2024, I placed an online order for delivery to show my appreciation for my son's special needs teachers. This delivery was to take place the following day, May 10 and was comprised of a teacher appreciation fruit tray, as well as a small tray of home-baked cookies. The entire order was $95.10, with the cookies only $15 of that amount. I wrote in the "delivery instructions" section of the order, that delivery must take place before 2:00pm as this location for a delivery was to a middle school. On Friday May 10, I was tracking the order, and at 2:30pm, it still hadn't been delivered. I called the store and talked to the owner. He informed me that he would guarantee a "fresh" delivery on Monday, May 13. I agreed, although I was frustrated that it wasn't delivered. On Monday, May 13th, a delivery arrived at school as the teacher's were leaving around 2:30. The small dozen $15 cookies were the only thing they received. There was no $70 fruit tray delivered. Again, I called the store and no one answered. I called again later and an older lady picked up. I told her I was so frustrated and I wanted a refund. She said she would look into it and "get back to me." I never heard a thing. The following day, Tuesday, May 14, I called back but no one answered. I left a message that I demanded a return phone call because the delivery hadn't been made. When I spoke to the same lady, she told me that she remembered talking to me the day before. She asked me to be put on hold while she looked into it. I was put on HOLD for 45 minutes, before I hung up because she NEVER returned. I hung up and immediately called back numerous times, but no one would pick up the phone. This is THEFT. I left a message, again, no return call. I proceeded to put a review online so that others wouldn't go through this unethical business practice. I noticed that numerous people have had the exact same experience as I've had. Unethical and stealing business practices.

On May 11th, I placed an order for Edible Arrangements to deliver something to my sister-in-law who was in the hospital. About twenty minutes after I placed the online order, the store (Lenexa, KS) called and stated they couldn’t deliver to the address until 5/15. I asked if I could call them back after I spoke to my sister-in-law about what she wanted to do, which they agreed to. About ten minutes later, I called the store back to change the address on the delivery, as she would be out of the hospital by that time and would prefer it be delivered to her house. No one answered so I left a voicemail asking them to call me back. After about three hours with no response (and another unanswered call), I put in an online ticket requesting the address be changed. A full 24 hours later, I still hadn’t heard anything. At this point I put in another online ticket and asked it to be cancelled, since no one had reached out to me yet. 5/15 rolls around and I get an email stating that the order has been delivered. In the email is a picture of the basket sitting in the empty hospital room. I promptly call the store a third time, which again gets no response. I put in a third, and later fourth, ticket about the situation and request they call me. It is currently 5/19 and has been a full 72 hours since I submitted the last complaint. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism of the situation. I have disputed the charge on my card, but I have heard nothing else about getting my money back.
