            We had a sprinkler system installed with when our new home was built. Hermes did not follow the property lines and installed the sprinklers on the adjacent property that was still an undeveloped lot. Since the installation construction has started on the adjacent lot, and to our surprise the sprinklers are almost 10feet onto the other property. They recently graded the lot to start a new build job and have uprooted our system. Our builder has call the Hermes, our warranty service has called Hermes and I have called them, no one has gotten back to us, or come to see what needs to be done or verify our complaint. This evening I discovered that one of our sprinkler heads have been broken off, and we have a large dry patch that is dying because it hasn't gotten watered. We started contacting Hermes about this issue June 2021.

            They claimed that they received returns without merchandise !!! First they said they only missing one after a week they said it was second return missing! I am absolutely devastated that as a senior they are charging me high price for two pairs of sandals that I bought for my daughters and returned because of wrong size and color! They refund me only one pair and telling to open the claim with the bank that absolutely not right thing to do ! Very unprofessional attitude! I will never buy anything with them because they are not doing any investigation in warehouse whoever was receiving this merchandise !Very very bad approach !
