I was shopping on the companies site last weekend of Jan12. They advertised an item clearly stated on sale 52.49 on site for a winter sale, went to purchase and the price reverted to a higher price. I emailed the company girl keira got back to me and proceeded to argue via email for 4 days about what the price shown on the site was. I sent a picture from site. I asked please have manager call me. I got no call so I called and left vm at the company, someone called me 1/18 mgr(******* who also proceeded to argue with me and was rude and competitive yet agreed with me on the price on the site. Then hung up on me. I then contacted the FB site to let them know this. Nicole called me back 30 mins later to say she did not hang up and cox knows this is a problem. Or if the call dropped why wait 30 mins to call back to hang up on me again after I said I already complained to a higher up about her competitive attitude, I find it hard to believe A CEO knows their management has competitive managers, I wanted to purchase something because I have a chronic illness and got a week of rude and argumentative CS and MGR. They need to update their site to reflect the correct prices, it is a bait and switch of false advertising. They need to honor the price online. Have a customer service class on how to deal with customers! I have never dealt with such rude and competitive management as this ******! As follows below this was copied from their website clearly stating the Vest is 52.49 no where on this main page does it say the price is without the battery, so update it and stop your bait and switch. And be clear and precise. BUT yet ****** tells me she has 5 extra batteries, great for you but I don't have your items. And you are not the customer.
