            Roof replacement was completed by 3/26. Since the new the roof. We started hearing noises coming from the attic. about July time frame we heard a lot noises and decided to call an animal control company to check. Once they arrived they looked at the issues and noticed there few points of entry for bats. The noises that we have been hearing were due to bats getting inside the attic. it was very evident also by the amount of white material laying on top of the roof. Immediately I call Advocate, but I needed to have this issue address. To be able to get the bats out of the roof got to pay $489 dls. When the representative from Advocate Construction arrived the animal control tech was still at the house. Both conversed and shared pictures of the entry points. The bats got under the roof because some corners were not sealed properly. There were few other points that were caulked to avoid bats finding another way to come in. It should have been done when the roof was installed.
