I would highly recommend anyone needing a new roof to work with Tysen from Advocate. This was the best home improvement experience I’ve had with any company. Tysen spoke directly with the insurance agent and sent pictures of the damage to help expedite the process. He made the entire process seamless and easy. The job was done in a day and the roof looks great!

Tysen and Austin did an excellent job helping me through the claim process after a different company tried and I was denied. I called Austin after he approached me one night and they gladly took me in and went to work. After advocating for me on my behalf with my insurance, they got me fully approved. Then helped me with some other exterior needs. I will always be appreciative of Advocate Construction and highly recommend them to everyone!

Advocate sales rep Dante came out and did an inspection to my home and saw what was consistent with the neighborhood approvals from the storms we had in our area. Insurance came out and disagreed. I was grateful how hard Dante and Advocate were willing to fight for second inspection and we did. The communication and drive Dante and Advocate had to help us out was reassuring. Will 100% use again when the next storm comes around!!

I just got a new roof 7 or 8 years ago when we got a hail storm this past September. Their rep came by, asked if he could check my roof and came down with a report of hail damage. From that point on they took care of everything. Less than a month later I had a new roof and gutter. They made the process a positive and hassle free experience with good communication throughout. Thank you Advocate for a job well done.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Total lack of communication and the Sales Rep, Alex, says the company will do one thing and then they do the opposite. Several months after the roof was done, a random man shows up and says he was there to do the trim around the garage but he didn't even know what all he was supposed to do or have any of the supplies with him. When we called the company to verify he was supposed to be there, we got no response. There were more than a handful of times that we were basically just ghosted. Now we are waiting on the final receipt showing account has been paid in full, which Alex said he would personally drop off at our house. Just another lie he fed us I guess as he hasn't responded to texts or been by with the receipt.

Mr. Taylor, We are not a perfect organization and we do not pretend to be. When we receive negative feedback we take a moment to reflect on how we could have done better and see what we can do in the future to be the best. Not often do we receive a complaint that completely contradicts the notes and phone records we have in our system, but that is the case here. We show a startling amount of attempts to get a hold of you over several months. Our invoicing team reached out for weeks and weeks and never once got a hold of you and had to proceed without full information. We have records that show our salesperson AND their manager made several attempts to reach you by phone and had to resort to swinging by your home multiple times, with someone obviously home and refusing to answer the door. We have a sales rep, a stand-up former military man, who was screamed and cursed at by you when he was finally able to get you to answer your door. The garage wraps you speak of; you asked us to do them, and because of the scheduling mix-up, we did it for you at no charge. While the experience you describe absolutely falls short of the excellent customer experience we strive to give, it simply isn’t the full story. The invoice you requested has been hand-delivered to your door and we wish you the best.

I appreciate your commitment as a company to learn and address concerns. However, I would like to bring to your attention that your records may not reflect the multiple occasions when I had to follow up, sometimes after days or weeks, to obtain the scope of work completion and updates on the scheduled start date. While reviewing my call history, I did identify a few missed calls from an unknown number that left voicemails identifying as your company while I was traveling for work, but I couldn't locate any from several months back. Additionally, I communicated with our sales representative about invoicing before his visit, informing him that, according to our insurance company, all necessary details were provided for invoice generation. I acknowledge that my tone escalated when the sales representative, Alex, arrived at my door but that was due to his attempt to collect payment for work that was never performed, which understandably upset me. I do not recall using inappropriate language, and as a stand up former military man myself, I would like to apologize if I did. Furthermore, based on your reference to an invoice, we were billed for garage trim. Finally, I received the final invoice marked as paid in full, but I am yet to receive the promised email containing the warranty information.

***** was absolutely amazing from start till finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful. ***** went above and beyond what I feel most would have to help us get a new roof when our insurance wasnt the best. The job was completed in a day, where a lot of my neighbors had theirs take a couple of days. Very very pleased! Definitely recommend.
