Shingle Magic Signed contract on 09/26/23 Date job completed and paid in full 12/06/23. $5301.00 We have a signed contract with all the itemized detail to be completed. We were promised the roof can be completely treated with the solar panels. They did not do the treatment under them, meaning 75% of the roof is not coated. They listed and emailed a specific solar attic fan to be installed. It was not ordered, so they installed a different, less expensive one. We were told the roof had to cleaned using a low pressure washer. That was not done. We were told the roof would be taped off and the house draped and that was not done has well. We have contacted them on 5 different dates regarding our concerns. The only thing they have done is send the technician that did the job back to explained what was done and what was not and why. We contacted them again, because we did not receive a follow up call as promised. They then said the sales manager would contact us. That never happened. I have called back 2 more times to speak to the sales manager and was told he would contact me. I call back until and was told we would receive a call from the operations manager to set up an appointment for an inspection. Still have not heard anything since January.
