I had poly concrete Lifters come give me an Estimate for work done on my front porch and sidewalk, driveway. Poly concrete sent me the Estimate around 8/18/22 and I signed and agreed to the contract on 8/23/22.with a Status of Approved on 8/24/22. I taxed them to make sure they received the signed contract. on 8/25/22 I received an email saying they would call me to schedule the project. I responded on text thanking them and making sure the contract was done correctly. Poly responded back stating it was perfect thank you. between 8/25/22 and 9/6/22 poly called to schedule the project. on 9/7/22 the day before they were to come do the work, I received a texted message canceling for 9/8/22 that they would need to reschedule due to equipment issues. I responded ok please call and reschedule soon. 9/12/22 got a text from poly saying they be on the job 9/13/22 I let them know that I had another company their doing egress windows and to see if we can schedule for next week as they didn't give me much notice. poly responded that they call on Friday. 9/16/22 to schedule a day to do the work. on 9/15/22 I texted poly and asked if the next Thursday or Friday will work and poly texted back, we're talking about next Thursday or Friday if so, I can absolutely do either day. I responded 9/23/22 Poly responded ok Friday have you on my schedule be they're between 8AM and 8:30AM. I responded on text sounds good thank you.9/22/23 Poly called me and cancelled the scheduled work for 9/23/22 stating the people that they get their material from are in the hospital and they don't know when they would be able to get material again. Poly said they would contact me and reschedule as soon as they could start getting material. To date I haven't heard a word back for Poly. I called and left several messages no call back from Poly Concrete Lifters. I emailed poly several times to get the work done no response. Poly Concrete Lifters needs to do the work agreed to on the signed contract 8/23/22.
