Had benefit specialist (4 different ones) from PMH fighting for my disability and after 4 denials I gave up to discover none of the files requested my main medical records. Don't trust them as far as therapy goes THEY ARE THE MICS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT...real talk. I was in therapy through a grant and seen 5 different interns only to find that disability CAN NOT use their reports because they are not licensed..??therefore they(interns) can tell your stories to anyone however I must be grateful because through the grant the therapy is free... NOT, after all this, including their case manager telling my business to neighbors and PMH being paid by the grant moneythey decided to send out a bill for $365 ,then $135 then $685 and finally $1000. So they also are thieves trying to get paid twice thinking I will just let it slide. NOT in this life, they chose the wrong one here. THE DIRECTOR Rita promised me a call back when I called her about a Case Manager violating the breech of confidentiality. Rita promised it wouldn't happen again and never called back and wouldn't answer calls unless i used a fake name. PMH Financial department never has been able to give a reason for the bills. If you are suffering from anything and go to PMH be prepared cause you will most definitely be a mental mess and possibly, a person ready to jump of a cliff or go postal, when u are done with PMH. Oh yeah and for the last year and 5 months approximately I am still waiting for another intern to come in so I can get the therapy I so need and they swore it would be so good for me. also if you are there due to any criminal case be veg with what you open up to them about (only if you have an intern, it's all I can speak on) cause trust me they are the mic and you are the dj. It's all a stage for them +.....
