Grant was hired as our wedding photographer for our wedding on October 8th, 2022. Things went great from the time of hiring him, through our engagement photo session, up until our wedding day. He shared some sneak peak photos with us on our wedding day and we loved them. However, as the 6 weeks mark came around, I contacted him about possibly receiving a few photos for our Christmas plans ( Christmas cards, family gifts), but mentioned if they weren't all done at the time that was perfectly fine. This message received no response, so I tried again a little over 2 weeks later, which was around the 8 week mark. This message also received no response. Note: the contract states 6-8 week photo processing time. Due to no response on his personal phone (which he had messaged me from before), I tried emailing him. He did finally respond to my email on Dec 8th (exactly two months past our wedding) and stated that he could get me the photos in one week. More than one week passed and nothing was received. I should also mention sometime in this timeframe of no responses, I also called and left him a voicemail in another attempt at communication. I was very disappointed to have none of our wedding photos for my Christmas plans, especially since I had communicated with him as far in advance as mid-November about my request. Since then I have messaged him two more times with no response. It is now Jan 26 and I have received no communications from him, and we are nearing 4 months past our wedding with no photos. ******** ** ** ******* *** ************* *** **** ******* **** **** ** *** ***** ***** ************* **** ******** ***** ******* ** this has been an incredibly sad and disappointing situation.
