      I have been trying to get in contact property manager for over 2 weeks. My cabinet has been leaking for almost 3 weeks now with mold growing. I have a 2 year old living in the house and doesn’t need to be around that. I have called and texted manitiance multiple times and they say they need acceptance from property manager. I have called main off and left many voicemails and I have even talked to somebody asking to talk them and I was told to leave contact information. They have sent out two different companies who 1 was a plumber and said it’s a hvac problem. The 2 one was a hvac and needed permission on cutting the whole in wall. I haven’t seen or heard back anything else I just want it fixed so I can feel safe living here. Or I can get my rent and deposit back and move on.

      Hello,

      When we initially received this maintenance issue it was thought to be plumbing related. We sent a plumber who then notified us it must either be roof or HVAC related (please see invoice attached). We then as a response immediately sent our HVAC technician to investigate. I was then notified by the HVAC technician that the leak was only the size of a dime that had since dried up and that it was not an emergency or urgent situation. It wasn't until follow up from the tenant that the leak had evidently gotten worse. As a response I sent our HVAC technician back out to resolve the situation ASAP which he has (please see invoice attached). We now have our drywall expert drying out the area and replacing the drywall and making sure any effected area is satisfactory. I am waiting on verification of completion from him and all should be completed from there. 

      I have also personally been in contact with this tenant to make sure she has been communicated with and everything is resolved to her satisfaction.
