      We bought a 2007 *** 328xi from leen motors in March 2024, the car fax looked great, car looked great. Paid 5500 for the car. We got it looked at to see if it needed anything and it needs over 6k in work. The oil pan is leaking so bad it smokes like a smoke machine, filling the inside with thick smoke. The head lights and brake likes won't go off, causing battery to die, have to keep battery disconnected to not die. Tire won't hold air, I know I'm missing a lot of things it has wrong. We can't get it legal because of all the issues, so now we have to scrap it to get rid of it since we can't get it legal with out spending even more money then we have already trying to fix it.

      We selling vehicle in good faith, & strive to make sure our customer are happy with the purchase, before selling any vehicle it does go thru inspection, from mechanical, suspension, electrical and body, we have attached invoices of what were done on the vehicle by us as follow:

      Valve Cover-replaced.

      Oil filter housing gasket-replaced.

      Air filter-replaced. 

      Oil Filter and oil service-preformed.

      Coolant hose-replaced.

      Drive & accessory belt-replaced.

      Front brakes Rotors + Pads - replaced.

      Coolant flushed - preformed.

      Power-steering flushed - preformed 

      Wiper blade - replaced.

      Window Regulator - replaced.

      All work has been preformed well, and test drove the vehicle to verify the repairs, no issues have been noticed, in addition customer drove the vehicle, and all customer are open to take vehicle to pre-inspection facility before purchase.

      Like any used vehicle, due the age and the miles, being 2007, and 147k+ miles, it wont preformed and be problem-free such as 2020 + vehicle, if Mr. **** ***** having an oil pan gasket leaks it shouldn't cost $6k, which 7 to 9 hours job, also the issue you're having that drain battery, it common issue with ***, CAS module need to be replaced $450 new part from the dealer.

      Unfortunately  oil leak or electrical component are not covered by dealer implied warranty.

      I denied the businesses response but want no further communication with them. All of the things they listed that they did, has zero revelance to the issue the car is having. The car had these issues when they had the car, as we took it to shop right after buying it and this all was wrong. They are trying to cover their butts with info not pertaining to the situation.

      I purchased a car through Leen Motor's dealership in Kansas with the intention of registering it in Colorado as well as paying Colorado's vehicle taxes on it. However, on my first trip to the DMV I was unable to file the title application due to the fact the dealers neglected to print their name on the title. The dealer ship was quick enough responding to my dilemma within a week. On my second trip to the DMV they informed me that the dealer ship neglected to provide me with a title application unfortunately they took a whole work week to get back to me. After finally receiving the desired paperwork, I was able to file my application. Soon afterwords, however, I received a letter from the Denver department of motor vehicles stating that the price on the bill of sale is different than all the other forms provided, the Joint Tenancy with Rights of Survivorship is incomplete, and there are two different names signed as the dealer so a ****** is required. I have since reached out to Leen Motors to try and settle the discrepancies. It has been two weeks and I have yet to hear from their business about reconciling this issue.

      We did replay to ****** *** before with his concerns, but we don't know what actually why his DMV paperwork keep getting rejected, first was the title not clear name on it, which we corrected and mail it back to him next day delivery, the CO DMV stated prices of the vehicle are not the same on the documents he submitted, the bill of sales does shows $10249.00 ($9950+$299 dealer fees) on the odometer disclosure does shows the price before the dealer fees, which its the way it setup, but DMV goes off bill of sale, which is $10249, he is an outstate buyers we don't collect tax on his behalf to his state, so he need to pay his state taxes, on the number we mentioned before which is $10249.

      attached the statement of one, bill of sale, and other paperwork to clear our side.
