Back in early March, I purchased a prepaid package from Jocolawn & Turf to start my sprinklers for the season (receipt attached here). They scheduled my startup for April 5th. The person ***** came on April 5th only to find out that he cannot start our system due to a broken valve. He didn't have the necessary parts and he said that he will get back to us in a couple of days. We didn't hear anything from him or the office for the next few days. I eventually called them on April 10th. After trying to reach them on April 10th at 8.04 am and 11.19 am, I finally got hold of someone at 4.10 pm The lady said that she doesn't have any information and will talk to the manager. I didn't hear anything for the next couple of days. I tried to call them on April 13th to follow up again. After attempting to reach someone at 10.38 am, 12.38 pm, and 1.35 pm, I was finally able to get hold of someone at 1.39 pm. The lady said the same thing -she doesn't have any information and she will talk to the manager. I asked her to give me a call back the same day to provide more useful information and the ETA on service. She called me back a few minutes later to tell me that the manager is not available and he will be back on Monday, April 17th. She will make sure to talk to the manager on April 17th and give me a call the same day. Today is April 17th and it is 10.16 pm CST. I have not heard anything. It's been 12 days and they cannot tell me when the valve will be fixed and my sprinkler will be started. They rarely pick up their business phone and they never call to provide any status. The weather is heating up and my lawn can get damaged due to lack of water. JoCo Lawn & Turf will be liable for any damage to my lawn. I will appreciate help in getting them to service my sprinklers by end of this week to prevent any further action.Business response

Per the customer's request, they have been issued a refund for their pre purchase of our irrigation package. The refund should be credited back to their ****** account.Initial Complaint

I paid this company to repair my sprinkler system. 140.00 used it once in June. Immediately started leaking called and emailed. They won’t give me a date to repair it. Can’t get past the receptionist. I don’t care how busy they it’s been 3 weeks. Now I have to pay another company to fix it.Customer response

Had sprinkler repaired paid 140.00 used one time broken waited3 weeks to get repaired and now I’m getting billed again. RidiculousBusiness response

Two different components failed. I called and spoke to her and took money off the second bill.
