Paid $2500 for a kitchen **** took forever to install 2 cabinets out of 9 or 10! The support for the farmhouse sink broke and the doors are too short. Paid this guy way in advance and he gaslit me for half a year on another job! Gave this guy plenty of time to make things right after he had a baby, then excuse after excuse! Don’t think he has a company anymore as he hasn’t refunded me and blocked me from Facebook and from leaving a message! Buyer beware as he has a string of owing people money and not following through. Bummer Mike, for all the love I showed your family, you could care less about mine. You know where I live when you want to drop the money you owe!!Business response

Wolken Woodworking had one order with ******* ****** in 2022. He paid for a set of shaker cabinet doors, and then disappeared for a year and a half. We made multiple attempts to contact him, or representatives even stopped by his house over a dozen times spanning 18 months. Finally earlier this year, he reached out, because his house was getting foreclosed on, because he had never finished the remodel he was supposed to do two years earlier. We immediately provided him his set of doors, even though everything had changed in the two years time since he had placed the order. We rebuilt doors he had ordered wrong, remade cabinets and worked with him to get his project done as quickly as we could. To this day, he still owes $1632.46 in changes and extras he ordered that he never paid for.
In the meantime, *** ****** had placed an order of 6 cabinets on a house down the street which he was also getting foreclosed on at the same time. *** ****** then informed us that he wouldn’t have the money to pay for the rest of his set. We were then left with a whole set of cabinets which he didn’t have the money for, custom made and approved for his project only, and then he demanded a refund. We delivered him the equivalent cabinets valued at what he had paid and told him that we will deliver the rest when it’s paid. As always, we strive to help our customers even when they have a barrage of personal issues, and do the best we can. We stand by our work and our warranties.
