A&M Logistics LLC was hired to transport a truck and plow on December 11, 2023, During the transport they broke the emergency brake cable, bent the trailer brake wiring and caused paint to chip on numerous spots on the truck. I am asking a partial refund to cover the broken emergency brake cable at $250.00Business response

Good afternoon -
We apologize for your frustration on this issue. We recommend reaching out to the broker on this claim as we have done our due diligence. The driver is no longer with the company. We also were not paid by the broker for this load and the $400 was to be sent to the receiver, per Nationwide Transport.
We would like to assure you that we do not apply chains/straps to any part of the vehicle body that would cause damage. According to the pictures that we take prior to loading, the paint issue (which appears to be tar; from what we were shown) was there before transport. As for the brake line, there is no evidence of there being any damages when we loaded or unloaded.We recommend in the future to request closed transport to assure that your vehicles do not get road grime and or rock chips.
I have provided a photo of the truck being secured down for your peace of mind.
