Responded to all inquiries extremely promptly. Met with me the day after initial contact. Due to rain he managed to work my roof in quickly and done in one day. Easy to work with, prompt, sincere, and did the work. I will look to him for future needs for sure.Review from Valerie W

100% recommend! Had and insurance claim and was able to chose my own contractor. Gianni and his crew were all very kind and professional. I was given daily updates and kept me in loop of everything along the way. They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. All of the team from BALBOA were excellent, polite and professional. Great work performed on replacement of everything associated with the roof. Gianni and his crew were honest and respectful. Cleanup after job was exceptionally thorough. I will recommend to anyone looking for renovations. Roofing etc. Have referred to a neighbor already.Review from Carol W

****** and his crew with Balboa were great to work with. We had a project that needed repairs to the roofing and outdoor siding as well as interior drywall and such. ****** stuck to the schedule he gave ** (if weather allowed) and we feel like we got a good quality product. I used Balboa for both the exterior painting on my house and for a deck repair and stain. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional and easy to communicate with as any changes in decisions or special requests were made. They worked fast, professionally, and provided high quality work. Ive used Balboa now for multiple projects including deck staining, commercial door replacements, painting, roofing and drywall repairs. Gianni and his team are professionals, great communicators and have very high standards and quality workmanship! Had a very positive experience with Gianni and Balboa Restoration & Renovation. Bought a house that he did a roof on a few years ago and had some issues because the former owner modified the new roof creating a leak when we had high winds and rain.Gianni came out and found the issue and worked with me on the repairs.Highly recommend their company.Review from Tony K

Balboa Restoration & Renovation were great! Got a claim for my roof and within 10 days of signing a contract the work was done! Gianni and **** are as professional, friendly and knowledgable as you could ask for! Both their roofing and gutter crews were awesome! Did the work in 1 day (for each project), cleaned up and you could hardly tell they had even been there! The roof and gutters look great!Gianni went out of his way to get me every dollar's worth of claim and actually saved me over $1000 bucks! He took the time to explain every aspect of the project and was very patient with all of my questions! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be using their services in the future I'm sure!Thanks a million!!-****
