I contracted with A total door on 5/23/2022 to install 2 garage doors on my house and paid by check the amount of $1500 down on the doors. Was promised that the doors will be installed on 6/23/2022 give the company another week and called on 6/28/2022 to find out what the problem was. I was told that the factory sent the wrong doors they sent 24" door instead of 18" doors and was promised they will install them on 7/12/2022. i called the company on 7/12/2022 first I was informed that they could not find the transaction and then they said the doors did not come in yet. I informed the associate just to refund the $1500 back and I will have another company install the doors. The sales associate stated that we don't refund money.Business response

This customer was irate at the factory being delayed to get us the door. We received the door a few days later and installed it with his complete satisfaction and final payment for remainder of door on 7/20/22.
Factories have issues obviously the last few years and are not as reliable. We get our doors faster than anyone in town and install within the week. In his case we installed the next day. We have an excellent reputation for taking care of customers and, as mentioned, he was happy with the door and installation and paid in full.
