      We used Arrow Renovation for a bathroom remodel and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The work was sloppy, unprofessional and slow. A project that should have taken 1-2 weeks took months. The tile work was uneven and messy, the dry wall was patchy, the wood trim wasn't aligned properly. It was stressful and traumatic having to deal with their company to the point where I actually filed against them in small claims court. I have warned everyone I know not to use this company.

      Nice salespeople and good-looking work. Cleanup after the gutter people left has been ongoing as I keep finding gutter braces in my lawn and I have a leak which was reported Nov. 4, 2023, only one call back and message, said "I have operations looking into this leak", on Feb. 4, 2024, I contact my salesperson and asked if it was still being looked into, nothing. Called their sales manager and left message a couple of days ago, nothing. Guess I'm on my own!

      We had old windows replaced with new double pane, energy efficient from Arrow Renovation and couldn't be more pleased. From the free consultation, the sales team presentation and answering all of our questions - great overall. They shared with us as well they were going through new management which we felt was very nice and to be transparent - rare these days but instantly that honesty and their consistent communications with us on the project from start to finish - we couldn't be more pleased.

      I highly recommend Arrow for bathroom remodeling and shower installation. Thank you, Arrow for a job well done. Special thanks to Salesman, John O'N**** and Project Manager, Mark Hendrix for their attention to details in making sure all went very well. These guys and their team were easy to work with, and clean up was amazing.

      My project involved the replacement of a single picture window. I obtained 3 bids and Arrow was neither the least or most expensive, but their sales presentation and information about the window was the best. The required Contact was easy to understand and prepayment was only for the window. Installation went well and the craftsmen cleaned up the work area very well. Kudos to them. Only downside of the whole process was the time it took from contract signing to having someone come to take measurements. The salesperson indicated it would happen within 7 to 10 days but it didn’t occur until 31 days later. I suspect a management/communications problem at Arrow and this is why I’m giving only a 4-star rating. The time from measurement to installation was 28 days which I believe was quite reasonable. I am very satisfied with the window and the installation.

      I choose Arrow because their crew was able to do my whole bathroom renovation. They quoted me a price that was in my price range instead of the other guy that just wanted to do the wet area for way more out of my budget. All of them together did a great job. The job was done to my satisfaction and then some. A Big Thank You to all that help on the job. They sure were pet friendly as well. I know my house and pets were in good hands while I was not able to be there at times. I felt I could leave my keys with them. All my expectations were met and then some. Julia

      From the very moment we signed the contract, Arrow Renovation treated us like we weren't worth their time or attention.Not only did it take 5 months to even START work on our house, it took them 2 months of constantly switching subcontractors (some of which had zero respect for the homeowner or their family, at one point even bringing their own children and just leaving them in the house with the homeowner's kids!), but they were constantly ignoring any mistakes they made, covering them up, refusing to fix them at all.I'm not exaggerating, it's literally almost a full year later and they've still haven't fixed a window they broke upon installation (or done just about anything else they said they would fix "under our warranty policy").They frequently switched our representatives (at least 4 in the space of 5 months), I suspect to make it easier to ignore us in the hopes we would give up, and refuse to answer emails or phone calls, right after having told us (more than once) "oh yeah, we just talked about you in a meeting, we're gonna make that a top priority".

      AR changed hands SOOO many times with my $14,040 metal roof job Sept 2020 is UN-REAL...Communication goes into a BLACK whole. I TIRELESSLY told **** (GM at the time) it is HOT in my house! It is HOT in my house! It is HOT in my house! My understanding from the manufacturer DECRA is they didn't properly insulate do the SPECIAL INSULATION for Vaulted Ceilings. They promised and promised for 3 years they would come out and fix it...Never did...stopped answering 4/6 4/7 4/8 4/11/23 my calls and blocked my emails 4/12/23 12:02pm 7:31pm...My contract clearly states they stand 100% behind the work with their 5 year Warranty...I've been begging for 3 years not gonna beg for 2 more. I have Cancer and I can't be HOT in my own house. It is Mandatory I stay out of the heat for my chemo treatments to be successful...Now my HEALTH is at risk. And I will file crimal charges too.

However, we would like to clarify that the job was installed per the manufacturer's recommendation. As for the insulation, that is typically installed on the interior part of the home, and it is not part of the roof installation process.In addition, we recommend reaching out to an HVAC company to confirm that everything is operating correctly with your insulation, which can affect the temperature inside your home. We would also like to remind you that you have a limited Lifetime warranty with Decra. We have come out to look on multiple occasions and found that the roof has been installed correctly. However, we do apologize for any confusion or misunderstandings that *** have occurred during the process.
