  I contracted with Elite Windows and Siding to essentially do a complete make over of the outside of my house. The contract was signed in March and work commenced in July. When Mr. ****** was at my house to give me a quote, he indicated that I would need to have my gutters replaces as well. I told him at that time that my gutters were brand new last year, but he indicated that I needed 6" gutters for warranty reasons. I then told him that I had good gutter guards installed on my current gutters and they would need to install equivalent gutter protection. He said they would take care of it and I would be satisfied with their product. Once I found out their product was not satisfactory due to the fact that the screen was too large and would only collect the maple seeds that fall from my trees, I tried to get them to purchase equivalent to what I had. After we could not agree on that, Mr. ****** offered to refund the cost of what he would have spent to install gutter screens ($567) this was on Oct 26. I have yet to receive the promised refund. I have texted and attempted calling many times with no response. Additionally, I informed Mr. ****** by text of some concerns around my front window that I would like them to come check out and remedy, but due to lack of response to my communications, no one has come out. I would still like someone to meet me at my house and take a look at my concerns around my front window to ensure that no water damage will happen to the new work that was completed. I have been told multiple times that the work and most of the materials have a lifetime warranty, immediately after the work was completed, a large rain storm came through and I have documented (video and pictures) of water getting behind the new siding. I provided evidence and have been told it was fixed, I saw someone look at the problem, but not fix it. Receiving the promised refund and having the front window inspected and all issues remedied will satisfy my requests.
