**** ***** (Owner/Broker) insisted that I could not beat his transport price, and that he only used the best "premier" carriers. Neither was true. Paid top dollar for an enclosed transport, the "enclosed" transport lost its side door while transporting my vehicle. My vehicle arrived not only filthy, but also with a two foot long scuff (damage); presumably from the broken carrier door hardware. I had detailed photos and video of the vehicle (taken immediately prior to its transport) from the reputable selling dealer, and the car was clean and damage free at the time of carrier loading. Nate dragged his heels for weeks on making this right, totally blamed his "premier" carrier, and whined about none of this being his fault or responsibility. Ultimately I asked him to refund $100 (less than half of my cleanup bill). Mind you, this was on a $2k transport where his commission was $200! This business owner does not live up to his commitments.
