      Order placed on Apr 22nd. Paid for USPS Priority Mall shipping. Got a notice on the 26th that a tracking number was generated for it and it was being shipped. Status hasn't changed. Requested a refund on the 5th. They haven't even bothered to respond to it. The iPod subreddit (r/iPod) is littered with people having a problem with them. I wish I would have researched more first instead of joining them in disappointment and frustration. All I want is a refund.

      I ordered a refurbished with new battery Ipod **** *** generation. They shipped me a broken ipod nano. The screen is cracked, the housing is dented all over and dirty, and the back casing is bulged out. The listing and picture they use on their website shows it's supposed look almost new(attached screenshot). I'd like to return it and get a full refund. I've emailed them twice in the last week and they have ignored my emails. There isn't a phone number to call unfortunately.

      I bought an Ipod from this company. It does not work. There is no way to 'restore from Itunes' or overwrite it even after a factory reset (manually done). I contacted the seller in a timely manner - twice by emailand they did not respond. I bought the Ipod using ****. I contacted ****. I was given until June 6th 2023 to return the item. June 3rd I noticed the **** case was closed BEFORE June 6th for the wrong return number which was impossible as I'd not returned it yet. I have contacted **** with no luck. I contacted Elite Obsolete Electronics again (on the 4th of June and the 6th of June). No reply to either emails. I want to send this broken Ipod back and receive a FULL refund.

      Hello,

      ***** originally reached out in regards to the defective product on May 16th at 4:08pm EST. 

      In response, the very next day, May 17th at 11:03am EST, a prepaid return label was generated and emailed directly to the customer at [email protected] (the provided contact information by the customer).

      Logs of this are attached to this response in the form of a screenshot. I have yet to receive the item in question, returned from the customer as of June 18th 5:39AM EST. I have once again emailed another prepaid return label as I write this response message, I will be anticipating the package's arrival and a full refund will be sent as a resolution. 

      Until then, I await the return. Thanks

      I am rejecting this response because:  I've never received an email from the company. 

      I just went and checked my email and there are no emails from them - yet again.

      I'm enclosing a screen shot of my email inbox covering the dates the company said they sent an email.

      I'd like to get this resolved.

      Maybe there is a conflict with the email?

      All I can think of is to try another email address?

      Bought an iPod for 200$ plus tax It arrived with a broken battery (it would not hold a charge). I tried for weeks to get them to answer my emails and complaints and they finally said that I could return the item. (Which cost me an additional 14$) That was a month ago, now they wont refund me nor respond to any messages.

      I purchased a rebuilt ipod from this company on July 17, 2022. I have been having issues with the iPod freezing, not playing, and skipping songs. The warranty page states that ipods are covered for 1 year from purchase date. I have sent 2 emails to the company through their web page, and have not received any response. This is super frustrating. All I want is for my ipod to be fixed.

      I made an order on 9/17/2021 for $414.19 which was due to arrive before the beginning of October. As of 10/14/2021 I have not received the order. I have attempted to contact Elite Obsolete multiple times using multiple methods and have never received a response. I do not know if Elite Obsolete is a scam or if they are simply avoiding performing minimal customer service, but I have paid money for an order I have not received. I am attaching records of my attempts to contact EliteObsolete by e-mail. I have also tried to reach them using their website contact form, and by calling the number listed with the credit card charge. I have received no response from any of my contact attempts. I would like either a delivery of my original order, or a full refund.
