I purchased a tractor and my finance company for this puchase is Transport Funding. I received an invoice of 6 late fees charges. I was told by customer service representative I could make my payment each month using my 10 days grace period thru Western Union as an express payment to avoid paying late fees, since the payments done thru the phone will take about 2 - 3 days to post to the account. Today 11/29/22 I called and spoke to a representative to get better understanding on how many days will it take for my payment to post if I use Western Union Express payment option. I gave him several examples of date and time I made my payments and he kept telling me you just need to make your payments on time and will not give me an actual answer to help me avoid the 124.42 dollars late payment fee each month if I use the Western Union option. He kept raising his voice and ended up hanging up on me twice. His name is ***** which they told me he was a supervisor. I will like to get contact number and name to someone from Corporate office for Transport Funding. I was giving wrong information from the previous representative and I asked about the notes posted to my account and instead he kept telling me that is not relevant , just make your payments on time. If I have to use the grace period each month, I still don't have a clear understanding when do they post the payment to my account. They seem to post the payment at different days from when I make my payment. Western Union sends it express and they seem to not care. I send my payment in November on the 11th, it was due by the 14th using my 10 days grace period. The payment was posted on their system until the 16th which they charged the 124.42 late fee. In August I made my payment on the 12th and it didn't post the system until the 16th. And again charging fees for late payment. The western union payments do not take that many days to post. They get their money daily.
