I hired Renov8KC during the purchase of my home to fully replace the roof. They replaced it around September 30, 2021, but within 6 months it was leaking. I emailed them March 29, 2022, they sent someone out who was unable to speak with us (language barrier) who added something to the roof. Unfortunately, that did not stop the leaking. I again informed the company on May 18, 2022, and they had the manager, ****** ******, come out. He then said they would be out to fix it "in a week or two." Alas, they never showed back up. I kept contacting them and getting told someone would be out in the next week but they just no call, no show-ed every time. This has now been pending for over three months. I informed them that if this wasn't resolved by July 15, 2022, then I would seek other remedies. The remedy sought is: I just want the roof and resulting ceiling damage (and any other damage I can't see that was created from the defective roof) fixed. I'm planning to get another contractor out to get a quote for the cost to repair as my next step. I have also filed a complaint with the Missouri AG.
