Room *** was reserved on August 6, 2022 and when we awoke August 7, 2022 noticed a menstruation stain in the middle of the bed. I called after checking out to explain the discovery and was told the room would be refunded. When the charge was noticed I called the hotel and asked for the manager who was rude and eventually hung up on me although I was not rude. I asked why there was a charge and was told because the night was spent, I tried to explain the stain was not seen until then because who would knowingly sleep on top on blood. They used the room overnight, they check-in at 9:30AM on August, 6th and they checked out on August 7th. There is no point to give refund.

I booked a room for June 4-June 5, upon arrival the lady at the desk was very rude. When I got in the room I noticed the sheets were stained, there were only 3 towels which I reserved the room for 4 people. I sent my daughter to the office for extra towels so we could go swimming and they refused to give us more. I left my 17 year old with my 12 and 13 year old in the morning to get dressed while I went to get breakfast nearby. My 17 year old informed me that the hotel manager walked in while they were dressing & said check out is at 11am, it was only 9am. A few days later I realized they didn’t return my $50 deposit which I called & spoke with the manager and he said we stained a towel & emailed me a picture of a towel that did not come from my room, I called him back and told him that towel was not in my room. His response was “Let me tell you something, you had other people in your room and you didn’t return the keys. That’s why I charged you.” So since I wasn’t there while he walked in on my kids he assumed I had other people staying in my room. He wouldn’t let me talk and kept talking over me being rude. I left a ****** review and he started harassing me from his cell phone number *************. After all of this I noticed on ****** reviews he walks in rooms on people often and makes up reasons to keep customers deposits. I just want my $50 back that he had no right keeping.Business response

Good Morning,
We are responding for the complaint that you have mentioned. They messed up the two towels that we gave to them as the room service and we have sent them an email mentioning about the thing they have done with the towels in our motel. We have the picture for the proof if you need that we can send it to you let me know .The customer is very rude to front desk manager still we apolozige.
