I am seeking for a thorough investigation into ****** ********** **** ****** and BNC National Bank. I have consulted with multiple attorneys and have been assured their was wrongdoing and an overall improper handling of my loan file in September 2022. Due to their gross negligence, incompetence, and unprofessionalism, my closing was delayed for 7 days. I incurred thousands of dollars of financial damages because of ******, **** and BNC. I also suspect potential illegal behaviors by BNC with regards to the **** and ****. I have a lengthy paper trail of emails and specific mistakes made along the way. **** was apologetic and compliant along the way. I later learned he was simply talking out of both sides of his mouth to BNC management and myself to close the deal. He was my primary POC and ultimately was most responsible for the is communications, mismanagement and dropping of the ball of my file. He even assured me to send my favorite bottle of wine to the new house as an apology, because it was "literally the least he could do." The bottle never came, nor did any other efforts to make the situation right after closing. ****** kept a list of my numerous expenses caused by BNC's negligence, and assured me they would "make it right." No damages were covered or offered by BNC. I have purchased 4 homes to date, and completed 1 refinance. I am a knowledgeable, informed veteran (** ****) home buyer, and yet still, I was grossly taken advantage of in my home buying process. This has to stop from lenders. We as consumers put our faith in them to act ethically and transparently. Laws like the Truth in Lending Act are designed protect consumers against inaccurate and unfair lending practices. BNC failed to uphold their legal CFPB responsibilities'. It is my hope that from this Restitution will be paid, but also,  it is my hope that after thorough investigation, corrections are made within BNC practices to better serve and protect future consumers.
