      I have bought engine from this company online. Engine was detached from accident vehicle and had damage on it (oil pan cracked). This motor was cost me $970. I disassemble the engine to understand scale of damage. Engine inside was in awful condition and all stained. Many bolts, inside where loose, i took them out by bare hand. Head bolts were stripped. Overall condition of the engine was 1 of 5. I made a lot of photos with bad areas and asked company for return and further refund. Yes, i was loosing around $300 on shipping, but the condition was so bad and that loss was adequate. When engine was shipped back to seller, they say that is not theirs engine. That was a lie, because i was sent back the only engine i received from them. No mistake. All the paperwork i got is came with the engine they sent. After couple weeks of emailing, Automotix says that no refund will be issued, because they say it s not theirs engine. But they just lying. As i see now, i am not alone who was dropped and scammed by this company. I got no engine, i got no money to fix the old one. Want refund Badly. And explanation.

      on November 16 2022 said company by unauthorized means deducted for a amount of $1622.07 and my bank caught them in a inordinate way hey first applied a deduction against my account in the name" automotix but quickly removed that name and deducted the amount under "buyusedengines.com of which i found no contact information .After calling and discussing in length what had happened they refused any information and only told me that the product i didn't order had been shipped but cannot tell me to who or where and that i should try contact my bank of which i have done after much chasing down of my funds the place where it started was the Automotix sending my account to a third fraudulent party,,,i have received zero documents through email of any transaction with this outfit!

      Ordered a transmission 11/9/2022. Automotix website stated that the part would be here 11/14/2022 at the LATEST. As of today they still havent even located the part I order. This business committed fraud just to get the sale. This is not a business that should be able to selling anything Lying to people. Their customer service people are even worse saying they will call you back with information and they don't. I have asked to be refunded and they wont do it. I need help with this business.

      11/02/2022 made a purchase error on transaction stating user I’d. is wrong. Resubmitted a total of 3 times page I placed order was my. Account page with my account I’d and order being placed .When I called the information was there and there and that it showed 3 times the amount of $96.00 she canceled 2 of 3 transactions . Placed order for 1 and receipt would. Be sent to my email along with order number which I never received. No record of transaction in history of purchase I don’t have order number to track and no way to contact until Monday. The 7th. Meantime my account is charged for 3 X $96.00. I believe there is fraudulent activity made from this business. In reading about the pattern of business with this Company is documented I want my money back

      We ordered an used engine that was listed in excellent condition with 116k miles. When we ordered it on 10/1/22, the estimated arrival was on 10/6/22. We informed our customer of the information and continued the order for the engine. They processed our order 3 days after we purchased it and the delivery date was changed to 10/11/22. We got no calls or updates and had to make many phone calls to locate our engine which was paid in full - $2404.00 including the $270 for shipping. The 11th passes with no update and no engine. I called on the 12th, they said it would be out for delivery but it never showed. I called at 5:30PM on the 12th and ******* said we owed money for shipping which was an error on their part so they were holding it until they got payment. I called Automotix on the morning of the 13th, and they contacted them to correct it. They said they wouldn't deliver our engine until 14th and our customer was angry of us changing the dates constantly as we gathered information. We call 5 times on the 13th and my husband drove an hour to the facility to pick up our engine and it was not what was advertised. The engine has a lot of damage. It was not packaged to be protected, literally a dirty cut up engine on a few pieces of wood. I immediately called Automotix on the 14th and filed a complaint on the form they sent, took photos of all the damage and how the engine was shipped. There were so many broken parts on the engine, lines cut that shouldnt have been, fan belt bolt sheered off. This engine was never tested. It's evident from the interior rust on the engine! It was listed as tested and verified and in excellent condition. I have been fighting with Automotix since Friday beings we can only use part of the engine and have to replace parts that never should have been broken. They first said they will make it right because this is not how they ship engines or do business, but now they are saying there is nothing they will do.

      We put the engine on the stand yesterday to change gaskets yesterday. When we removed the oil pan, there were metal aluminum shavings and pieces all over the oil pan. The engine cannot be used what-so-ever and now that I have spoken with them they will not expedite an engine replacement unless we picked it up, nor a refund which could apparently take over a month or so.

      At this point with our own customer, we have to completely rebuild this engine!

      The complaint would be switch and bait. The ad said a refurbished alternator for a 2009 HHR. I spent 95 dollars on it. When it arrived it is a old alternator not rebuilt and very rusty and not refurbished at all. There have been numerous complaints about this same behavior with a lot of other customers

      I ordered a engine from Automotix. This engine was supposed to be ran tested, and ****** ran. I paid $4200.00 for this engine with a 1 year warranty. The engine came on time, packaged well. The mechanic we hired to install the engine opened it, instantly said, this is a BAD engine. It has sludge coming out of it. There is a leak in the oil pan. This engine has been sitting with oil in it for years. I immediately called and got a return put on it and sent in the pictures of what the mechanic stated was true. They picked it up 9/01/22 and was only going an hour away. My invoice #X-*********. I called Friday and the engine was received and they stated refund process has begun. Now, 9/06/22 I call to see how much longer until this money goes back on my ******** and I am told refund process started to day 9/6/22. 5 to 7 business days. I finally complained enough to get it expedited to 3 to 5 business days, but I need my car fixed. I have an engine to buy and found one, but cannot buy it without my money put back on that card. They are stalling to give money back for bad engine they sold. What happened to customer service and product reliability? I have included my BOL for the return.

      When I shopped ****** for a 2011 Nissan Morano AWD Rear Subframe, Automotix showed one, WITH A PICTURE OF A REAR SUBFRAME for $411.00 plus shipping. When this was shipped, I received a rear differential. I refused shipping. I sent an email asking for a refund. I did not get a reply to the email. Two days later I received another delivery from them, again with a rear differential. I refused the shipping again. I tried calling and was hung up on. I sent another email requesting a refund. I have yet to receive a response. After this, my business partner called and was able to speak with somebody named Hanna. This is has not yet been refunded. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND THIS ONE LAST AND FINAL TIME!!!!!!

      I purchased a used motor in March of 2022. It arrived on time and packaged well. This was installed by mechanic. 2 weeks later I began having issues in which I was told that multiple cylinders have low compression. I was given warranty info and tried working with that department but no one has successfully helped. My mechanic charged me labor to put it in, storage fees waiting on responses from warranty to the point where it was more cost efficient for me to allow my mechanic to in house finance a motor that he had. The warranty process is flawed and I would like my money back on an engine that served me no purpose

      I would like to describe the Nightmare of an experience I have received working with **************** Automotix llc and *** who are all affiliated. I ordered a transmission online Sat 06/04 and the funds for the transmission were taken from my account. The transmission was listed as a 2012 cvt with all the correct specs for my car. I let my transmission repair guy know who scheduled me in since my car is undrivable at the moment. I called Monday morning to customer service at ****************. They confirmed at first it was the correct part and would be shipped but upon checking closer they realized they had inventoried the incorrect part and were shipping out a 2015 non CVT although my receipt and order showed a 2012. The hold time to speak with a rep was at least 30 minutes each time I had to call in. I called back was placed on hold for about 45 minutes the next rep came back told me the order was incorrect and would be canceled. I asked that due to the error someone help me with the situation as now I am out the funds to repair my car and it sets me back even more. The rep said no nothing they can do the order is being canceled. I asked to speak to a higher up for assistance I was told no and the rep hung up the call on me. I called back and waited another 30 minutes the rep who answered Listened to the story then also disconnected the call on me. This whole time I kept my cool and was nothing but nice to the reps on the line. I then researched where the part was coming from which was *** out of Denver. I researched and reached out to the General Manager **** **** I called his listed number directly left a voicemail and he returned my call later that day. He was apologetic had me forward an email of my receipt to him directly and then stated he would research into what can be done and would contact me back directly. I have yet to receive a call back. I checked to see if my order had been refunded after days since it was canceled, and I still have yet to
