StretchZone Overland Park Wednesday, December 14, 2022 I started feeling pains in my left foot in December 2022, so I signed up for 3 month membership (8 session, $360/month x 3 months) @ StretchZone Overland Park on December 14, 2022. I paid the first month membership fee of $360 on the same day. Tuesday, December 20, 2022 Six days after I signed up, I requested cancellation of membership on December 20, 2022. I had never used the service, and the acupuncturist advised that I needed to focus just on acupuncture with minimum disturbance from other services. I sent the request of the membership cancellation to ******** ******* General Manager, who offered cancellation of the 2 nd and 3 rd month membership with a $25 cancellation fee. At this point, I had not used any service after paying the first month membership of $360 and I wanted to follow the advice of my acupuncturist . Thursday, December 22, 2022 I disputed the charge with my credit card company on Thursday, December 22, 2022. After one month, I decided to take ********’s offer and cancelled the dispute on January xxx, 2023. However, they would not let me schedule the service, saying I decided to take ********’s offer of paying $25 cancellation fee to cancel the second and third months. ******** said they would not schedule any service a tablet for me to sign on. Signed up on 12/14/2022 Made the first appointment for 12/21/2022 Requested cancellation on 12/20/2022 $25 cancellation fee message on the same day 12/22/2022 disputed Now, they will not let me cancel nor use $360 that I paid unless I pay extra fee of $230 including late fee.
