      My husband and I paid this company $500 to begin working for us to resolve our IRS, tax and book keeping needs. We began our business relationship at the beginning of this year, after months of not getting a response from them from our phone calls or emails we stopped in person to talk with them. In person they indicated that our account had been put on no notification and that they had received no communication from us, but were able to pull our account and find our attempted phone calls and emails. The tax accountant assured us that she was going to get everything resolved and taken care of ASAP. A week later not having heard from her we again tried to contact via phone and email, but this time with no response we stopped by in person much quicker to find that their business was closed without notifying us and without following through with the work we paid them to do.

      I began services with ******* at exclusive tax for our taxes for 2022. She provided a great service that I wanted to renew with her for 2023. I started by paying a deposit of $400 in February (it took a long time to get in touch with her, began attempting contact in December, but excused the delay to the holidays). Long story short, ******* told me in March that our business taxes (due march 15) were not going to be filed on time but that she filed an extension for us. The work she did on my business taxes this year did not compare in effort to what she did last year that was displayed by a spreadsheet that she used to collect information from me each year. Last year was very detailed and organized, this year, had minimal information. She was delayed in all her responses to me. She didn't collect as much details (perhaps because she already had it? but I wasn't getting much correspondence to be able to confirm that) On April 15 when our personal taxes were due she still had not filed our business taxes and she told me our personal taxes would not be filed on time and that she has filed an extension for those as well. I have concerns because an extension is only to file and not to pay and in the event that we have to pay we will be incurring late fees. Since april 15 I have made countless attempts at getting updates from her and she is extremely delayed in her responses. she keeps making commitments to finalize the taxes, and everytime the day comes and goes and the returns are not completed. she avoids my phone calls, and takes days to respond to correspondence in our client portal. additionally there are parts of the contract that are not being fulfilled like quickbooks training and bookkeeping responsibilities. and these will be not be fulfilled in the future as ******* has indicated to me that she is closing her business. so I would need some refunds for the services she didnt complete as well as the lack of service in the other areas of the contrac
