06/26/2022 ***** ***** ** ***** I rented a modular bounce house, popcorn machine, snow cone machine, slushie machine, ottoman candy machine, dunk tank and an obstacle course witch I was unable to use per item would not hold air so I contacted the store and the man told me that he was looking for the whole but was unable to locate it and so I said I found it under The White Tape he said oh yeah that white tape on the bottom so there for they knew the obstacle course was non functional yet they still charged me $300 for it when the man should of refunded my money and told me that it was not working. But no the man says well do you have any duck tape I said no this was for my sons birthday and you shouldn’t of rented it knowing that it’s non operable. The bounce house and the obstacle course haven’t bern inspected in 2 years witch I took a pic of. So I’m requesting a refund of my money $1073 for my struggle and them renting unsafe merchandise for my kids. The only resolution they give was they would give me 1 free obstacle course for a day and I’m not at all satisfied with this per they are in dire need of inspection and they are non functional.Business response

Customer was given a chance to get a different unit and he refused. Also we blew the unit up in our parking lot today and it stayed aired up just fine.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I was not given that opportunity upon the day I rented and needed it I was asked if I had any duck tape. Also as i stated the units haven’t been inspected in over 2years as I see there’s no denying that so why would I accept am I inspected unit. . Also there’s no denying that your men aired it up but he stated he was unable to find where the hole was that all together is just bad business. It seams your buisness needs an inspection and an owner who actually cares for his customers especially one who spends a lot just to get ripped off.
