  These are my two dogs I had boarded for the first time ever at the plainvilles animal hospital. I was told they would be bathed before pickingthem up! When I picked them up, it was a horrifying smell on them and they developed sores on all limbs', that are now permanent damage to the skin of their limbs. The lady who took the money said se bathed them, however I did not agree and the smell was so fowl I couldn't even have them in my home and had to bath them 4-5 times and the smell still lingers. I have several other citizens that live in plainville and agree of the deplorable conditions of the facility. They would not allow me to view the area they kept my babies in norwould they allow my family to visit my dogs,since this was the first and only time I have ever boarded them anywhere. They also would not refund me my money and sent me a letter from the manager-whom I never was allowed to talk to. She stated if I came on the property they would call police. My babies still have a funky smell and now the damage to their skin. Please help and check I to this facility and the Conditions they are having animals stay in.   I have had to take my dogs to my local vet in Hays, KS and they had given me a spray to put on my dogs so they would stop scratching at their wounds.  I apologize if I am repeating anything I state.    However I wanted to make sure I am compensated for all the extra products and vet visits I have had to pay.      Lastly, I feel my dogs are permanently scared on their limbs due to this facility and the lack of care that was given to them.      I trusted this facility, until they I found my dogs in the condition they were left in.    I am a care taker for my mom in her town 23 miles north of Hays so I will have to look once I am home for any more info.    Thank you for your precious time with this issue.      ************* ****** *********

  A police report was filed on this individual concerning erratic and threatening behavior towards our staff. A no-trespassing order was implemented for staff safety.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  I was not given an explanation why the dogs were not taken care of and told they would have been given a bath before my picking them up.   The deplorable conditions were not for any animal to stay in.  The cost I have been left with due to their conditions cost out of my pocket an additional amount after getting my dogs.     I did not act any way out of character, they refused to allow me to see where my dogs stayed they also did not tell the truth about their conditions.  And I have the pictures that show my dogs have permanent scaring from this facility.      I was a customer who was very concerned with my animals condition.   I showed the girl there were mouse droppings in my dogs food bag and feces all

  over the blankets and bag that I had gotten back from their facility.     I was also lied to and told I would not be aloud to talk to a manager.   Then days later after I had asked for my money back , and had been refused of that, no manager was ever around for me to give a formal complaint.    Nonpolice were called while I was there.  No other staff helped to give me any answers as to why my dogs were left in the condition I found them in.
