I received a Zilkee ultra recovery converter for Christmas. so I've had it for 6 days and I can not get it to read any of my drives. I've watched videos on YouTube on troubleshooting and even had an IT guy look at it. This was a gift from my children so I would like for them to get their money back. I contacted Zilkee customer support and sent photos and a video of the product connected but still not working. They said that they could not refund the money because the product was not faulty even though they did not inspect the device.Initial Complaint

Transaction was made on 13 November 2023. Product is a hard drive to USB interface. Prior to purchasing the unit, I emailed their customer support and asked if the unit would work on a tablet using the Android operating system. There response was yes. Upon receiving and trying the unit I found that it did not work on my two tablets that have the Android operating system. After numerous emails exchanging information and videos thay will not give me a full refund. Thay want me to pay for all the shipping costs. The product was misrepresented prior to my purchasing it. The order number is *****. Prices payed was $57.91. I am email you a copy of the emails. I can send links to the videos if you wish.Customer response
