I was not notified that the loan officer, *** ****** had left the company. All my important documents were passed down to another employee without my knowledge. I was waiting for months for a response and was under the impression that I hadnt heard back because they were busy. When I finally reached out I was told the account had expired and another credit check was needed. Credit checks affect credit score and I was not happy to her that.Business response

I just recently remodifiede my home loan through "leader1 financial" and now I can't make a mortgage payment. What a scam they are. They buy your home and won't let you make payments so that they can take it from you. Do not use this company. I have videos of our conversation for court.Business response

Mr. ****** was provided a Welcome Letter, Notice of Transfer as well as a print out of his Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement. Within the Welcome Letter and the Notice of Transfer, it provides in detail where, when and how payments can be made. There is also a number to call not only for our company, but for the new service provider should the customer have any questions or concerns. Those documents have been attached to this response. At this time LeaderOne has met the disclosure requirements set forth under TILA / RESPA. Should the customer feel they are still in need of assistance, they can call us or the new servicer. LeaderOne has also attempted to call the customer since this dispute was raised to no avail. Our SVP of Servicing has left voicemails with no return calls to date.
