Thursday 7/20 I checked into the Comfort Inn without a reservation. The ****** lady at the front desk gave me a room, the 1st room was occupied so I had to go back & get a new room. I was there solely to work, the WIFI was spotty & I went downstairs & found no one at the desk, found a ********* male outside talking with employees & he went in & reset the WIFI. It was still dropping my connection. I went & got a meal & came back and it still wasn't connecting properly so I called downstairs & said I'd be checking out & would I get a refund. The same male, said yes. He would cancel my pending charge. I told him I'd be leaving in a little while which I did. When I left there was no one at the desk, and my room keys were left there (I actually had 4 for the same new room), as I drove out if the lot I saw the same ********* male smoking in the lot. I expect a full refund of charges which are between $140-145 because this man said he would cancel my charge as I was leaving. I try to call but either get some rude hack overseas or a vml that is full. Please help. I used 1 handtowel & a bar of soap, never sat on the bed, I was working from the desk in the room.Initial Complaint

After having a house fire my boyfriend and I inquired about staying here until we had other arrangements, the front desk staff assisted us good for thr first week. We then asked of we could just book a month out or if there were any discounts or cheaper ways. After being told no by multiple people we booked another week out without any discounts. The manager then spoke to us after receiving run around from other front desk people. The manager asked why we didn't tell them about our situation (we did). She then assisted and discounted us for the remainder of our stay. After completing that stay, my boyfriend and I saw unknown charges from the hotel. The manager couldn't provide receipts for the unknown extra charges and said to call my bank. My bank said the charges came from hotels, but said we had already been charged for out room and didnt know why we were being charged more after we had checked out. They weren't able to stop or cancel any of the two extra payments. I hadn't authorized or been made aware fo any issues or extras. We found out from corporate they were discounting us and then charging my card the discount after check out. So we were paying full price or more for our weeks. Unfortunately nobody including the manager has assisted us further about figuring anything out. We keep being told they don't know what's going on and they can't fix it. After calling corporate he was able to figure out and tell us what they were doing, but was unable to reimburse us. Corporate had also found a ****** ****** account with my name and info that I didn't have anything to do with nor did I set up. He said he couldn't reimburse us and said to talk to hotel manager again. She again has yet to explain why we were charged extra and the charges on receipt were listed as miscellaneous. Corporate suggested they charged us our discount after we checked out. We stayed 10/4 -10/5, 10/7-10/14, 10/14-10/21, 10/21-10/22, 10/22-11/1, 11/1-11/2. And paid over 800$ per week roughly.Initial Complaint

On 9.18.21 I canceled a reservation @ Comfort Inn to a change of plans, however, on the evening of the 18th while with ****** *****, she used her ****** ***** app to make a new reservation in my name & I paid w/ my debit card. At the time of the reservation the app indicated 1 room available, but when we arrived @ the hotel the front desk said the last room was booked & that I would not be charged. Ms ***** went to her already reserved room & I left the hotel as I did not stay the night. I was charged $84 for a room that I did not get. Repeated attempts to contact the hotel directly by phone have not been helpful so I tried to contact via the website which directed me to ****** *****s. They found Ms *****' reservation & my canceled reservation but not the reservation that didn't go through. I am still out $84 & provided via email my bank statements (by request) to verify being charged. I'm sure video surveillance would show me @ the hotel & not staying so why have I not been refunded?
