We had KC Guard Dog (now known as KCK9 Pet Fence) install an underground electric dog fence which came with a lifetime warranty on the boundary wiring (KCK9 brand wire). We noticed that our dog's collar wasn't responding to the boundary lines, but still responded to the remote. I went to contact KC Guard Dog, found their name changed to KC K9 Pet Fence, and the displayed numbers on their website didn't work. I had the number of the guy who gave us the estimate for the system, installed it, and did a training session with our dog so I called on 4/4/22 and left a message with him (his voicemail greeting says, "This is D* with KC K9 Pet Fence..."). He returned with a voicemail 4/5 telling me to contact the Sport Dog company, who makes the collar, remote, and transmitter. Sport Dog thought it might be the wires but we couldn't test because there wasn't enough wire left during the installation to check, so they sent us a new transmitter (that the boundary wires plug into). I hooked that up 4/12, and when the power was turned on a continuous alarm sounded, likely indicating a break in the boundary wire. I texted D* 4/12 this, asking for him or someone to come out and check the wires. I called him 4/15, we talked and scheduled an appt. for 4/16. He did not show for the appointment, or call or text. I called him again 4/18, we talked and scheduled for a visit 4/19. I quickly realized that wouldn't work, texting him and asking him to come 4/20 instead, which he replied, "Sure!" On 4/20 I texted him about the appt., he said he felt sick and asked if he could reschedule to 4/22. We agreed on a visit at 9am 4/22. He didn't show for the visit, didn't call or text either. He then stopped answering my phone calls- every call went to voicemail, and did not respond to any messages I left (8 left btwn 4/22-5/5). On 5/13 I called from my daughter's phone, he answered in the 2nd ring. We scheduled a visit for 4/16@12p. He texted her phone at 11:30a 4/16 asking to reschedule again.
