Rob is an excellent realtor who advocates for you and has extensive knowledge of real estate in the Kansas City area, especially on the ** side. He really wants to make sure you are comfortable with your decision and have all the information you need to do things right. I was a first time home buyer and took a long time to decide on a house and Rob was very patient the whole time and he made sure I got something that fit my needs rather than just trying to get to the finish line. He knows what to look for in houses, what to watch out for and how to get you to ask yourself the right questions about what you're buying, and I would definitely recommend him. He has a lot of connections with quality brokers and inspectors in the area as well and will make sure your home buying journey is handled properly from start to finish. He understands the challenges of the market and works hard to get you the best deal. If you are unsatisfied with your current realtor, I wouldn't waste any more time and just call Rob instead. With something as major as a home purchase, it pays to have someone who knows what they're doing and will get the job done!Rob Hodgkinson, Realtor Response

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would not do so until you call Rob! Despite his love of the ********* Packers (I'm a Bears fan), Rob is straight forward and honest without being pushy. He was very easy to get along with and knows what he is talking about. We happened to be on the buyer side of things, and while we were searching for our new home, Rob's knowledge of warning signs to look for as well as ways to make small changes to make a house fit perfectly were very helpful. He spent time to get to know us and, although I feel like we drug him to way too many showings, he was happy to show up and help us out for all of them. In the end, we found a perfect home for our hopefully soon to be growing family!!!All of that aside though, Rob is just a good person and has become a friend. Despite us not having any further business for him since, he has still stayed caught up with our lives and us with his. He actually prefers it this way to where people are less client and more friend.Rob Hodgkinson, Realtor Response
